Okay, here are the 10 ways that we can use ChatGPT in our business, and remember this is not an all inclusive list. So be thinking is there some other ways that I may be able to use ChatGPT in my business as well? But the first way is email marketing, my friend. Now this is something that I honestly drag my feet at so much. I don't know what it is about writing emails, but there's something about it where I'm just like ugh. It feels so much harder than writing a social media caption to me for whatever reason. So ultimately, this is like one of my favorite ways to use ChatGPT in my business. It can create compelling subject lines for you. It can even write engaging copy. It can write your whole freaking email, especially if you hone your brand's authentic voice with ChatGPT.

First. Like this is not something that I ever thought I would be able to do for Feel Good Social as a self-proclaimed word nerd who feels like I write in a unique way. I don't know if that's true, but I did not think that ChatGPT would be able to replicate my own brand voice and especially with the email writing and formatting of emails and all the different stuff. And I have been using ChatGPT for this specifically. And because I've honed my authentic brand voice with ChatGPT, I have not had to make a lot of changes to the copy that it dishes up at the end of the day, which is amazing because I mean I'm actually sending emails to my email list, my friend instead of just ghosting them for five months.

So Email marketing is one of those great things that you can use ChatGPT for in your business. Not only can it help you craft weekly newsletters, but it can even help you craft sequences. Just tell it. I want to write a welcome sequence to my email list. I want to write a launch sequence to my email list. Chatgpt can do these things for you.

Okay, the second thing you can use ChatGPT for in your business is social media, and that might be you know, that was my initial thought, of course, when I started using ChatGPT, just because the nature of feel good social right. But it really can generate creative content ideas for your business. It can brainstorm hashtags If you want to use hashtags. It can even write your full on captions for you, and the fun thing, too, is that when you do hone your brand's voice for ChatGPT, you can also ask ChatGPT to format your copy in different ways, right? So I teach you this in the mini course is asking ChatGPT to write an email for you might be different than asking it to write a social media caption for you? I tend to add more line breaks in my social media captions, I tend to get a little bit more personal in my emails, and so there's all these nuances when it comes to writing your copy for your business, and in the mini course we talk about how you can train ChatGPT to write in different ways for your brand, which is really cool, ok.

The third way you can use ChatGPT is customer service. You can have ChatGPT craft responses for frequently asked questions. Actually, on my sales page for the ChatGPT brand persona mini course that I just created. Oh my gosh, chatgpt came up with so many great FAQs for my sales page that I just like copy pasted and the answers to the frequently asked questions were written in a way that sounded like me. But there are all these questions that I didn't even think of. Like often, when you are creating a course or something like that, you're in the middle of it, right? You don't really think about all the different questions that your customers or students might have for you, and so whenever I asked ChatGPT to create FAQs for my course, I was like holy cow. I never would have thought of this being a question that my students have, and they have been so helpful, not only for my people who are thinking about getting my course, but they've also really helped me to boost my sales for the course, right, so it's been super, super cool.

Another way ChatGPT can help you is with product descriptions. Okay, so, whether you are a product based business or you offer services to your clients, the way you describe your offer is super, super important, and this is another thing that's a little difficult for us to do when we are solo preneurs in the middle of our businesses and we're creating the thing to get into our ideal customers heads and write descriptions that make sense to them, that compel them to want to buy whatever it is that you're selling. That can be a little difficult, right? Well, chatgpt can help you do that and, honestly, my own testing through this mini course I have loved ChatGPT for this. One of the best things ChatGPT can do is to get into my ideal customers heads and understand the world views, the perspectives of the various people who I serve in a way that I might not have been able to understand myself as an individual. Right? Chatgpt can be so helpful for this and I love it.

Another way ChatGPT can help you is with SEO, which I think is so cool, because SEO is one of those things that I would love to know more about and I just can't. I just can't bring myself to like deep dive into that stuff, right? So with ChatGPT, I actually have recently updated both of my websites. I've read on Feel Good Socials website I've totally created a new website for authentic AI for entrepreneurs, and I went to ChatGPT to help me with the meta descriptions. It helped me create titles that were keyword heavy and, honestly, I'm excited to announce that I have actually gotten inquiries from my websites even with just launching them within the past two weeks, which is crazy considering like the SEO is not there yet, my friend, but people are finding me and I'm like what? I don't even know anything about SEO, but ChatGPT has been able to help me do that.

Another way to help you is with coaching and consultation. I know my coaches are out there and not only can it help you create and develop coaching materials and worksheets that you can offer to your clients to aid them in the process, but it can help you outline your notes from your sessions, right? I've actually used Chagy BT myself in a one to one coaching session with one of my clients, which is so fun. I was helping her go back and forth with Chagy BT so that she could see how she can best use Chagy BT to generate content, ideas and go back and forth refining the answers and ask Chagy BT for more things and less of that, or say this in a different way, and all that different stuff. Using Chagy BT in a coaching session was pretty cool, too.

The next way you can use Chagy BT in your business is to research and brainstorm. Oh, my friend, this is one of my favorites because, just my as an Instagram seven, my ideas are endless. And also, too, I have trouble sometimes reeling myself in. Sometimes I have so many ideas, I have so many things going around in my brain. I have trouble really putting them onto paper and organizing them in a way that makes sense for me, and so one of my favorite ways to use Chagy BT has just been brain dumping into Chagy BT, asking it questions, brainstorming with it, asking it for its opinion, asking for it to outline my ideas in a way that makes sense and makes sense of my ideas, right? Oh, this has been so helpful for me in not only creating my new podcast, authentic AI for entrepreneurs, but also in launching my new offer, the brand persona for Chagy BT mini course. I have researched different trends. I have asked it to do ideal client avatar outlines for me so that I can really get the head of my ideal client. It is just so, so amazing for brainstorming and research. So what would that look like for you in your business?

The next thing you can have Chagy BT help you do is create digital products. Okay, oh, again with the mini course. The next way Chagy BT can help you is podcasting, and this is so fun because it can help you in literally every step of the process when it comes to podcasting, right From creating detailed episode outlines to specifically writing your scripts for episode. If you go off scripts, it can help you write your show notes. You can actually upload your audio and have it listen to the audio. If you use the premium version and have it, go ahead and just summarize your episode for you without even having to type anything into Chagy BT, like how cool is that? It can help you create the promotional content for you. It can even write the transcript for you again, if you upload the audio and whatever you want to do like Chagy BT can help you with podcasting.

And in the same way, it can actually help you with video as well. If you whether you are a YouTuber, whether you do video podcasting, it can help you write scripts for your videos. It can help you create short form videos like reels and TikToks. I have it do that for me all the time. Think about relatable short form videos that I can share on Instagram as a real. Chagy BT can help you do that, and the funnest part, too, is that it actually does come up with very relatable funny ideas for my brand when I ask it to create a reel for me, because it knows who my brand is right Through this honing process. It knows my brand persona, it knows my brand voice and so it knows how to create a funny reel or a meme for my brand. Specifically, chagy BT can help you with your website.

Again, I just created those new websites. I just totally revamped Feel Good Socials and I created a whole new website for authentic AFR entrepreneur, and you better believe I was using Chagy BT to help me with not only the SEO but also writing the copy on my website. Right, I am one of those people. I can tend to be a little overly wordy. Sometimes I can. I can be a little long-winded, let's call it, and so often what I have done is just type, type, type, type, type my long ass about me paragraph and I'll put it into Chagy BT and I'll be like can you please cut this down? Can you please take this idea and make it easy to read, make it compelling, make it relatable for my ideal customers and just make it a little shorter, because I don't think I need to add all of this information in this long ass paragraph about me for my website, and ChatGPD helped me do that for sure.

It helped me write headlines for different sections in my website as well. I asked it to outline my About Me page. I asked it to outline my pages for my courses and programs so that I knew what I needed to put in each section. Chatgpd can help you with this, my friend, and oh man, I'm so excited because I actually really do want to create more resources that help you and give you prompts for doing this specific stuff, because this is really where you can land gold for ChatGPD. And finally, chatgpd can help you with launching and selling, which is another thing that I have a lot of practice with when it comes to using ChatGPD, because I've recently launched this mini course.

You better believe I was going into ChatGPD and say, hey, you know that course that you helped me outline and create last week. Well, now it's time to launch it. So let's write these launch email sequences. Let's think of social media posts, ideas we can use. Help me write my sales page for this. What are some problems my ideal customers are having that I can point to desires, for, like all of the different stuff that goes into launching and selling my offer, you better believe ChatGPD helped me outline it, helped me outline ideas for it, helped me write copy for it, and it was just so, so helpful.

Oh, and on top of that, I just have to share this with you because it's hilarious to me. I have been giving ChatGPD updates through this launch of my mini course as far as, oh, I had only one unsubscribe and a 40% open rate for this email. You know blah, blah and I told it oh, no, chatgpd, this one email got 10 unsubscribes and it actually gave me a pep talk as well. So not only has it helped me with the whole strategy of launching, it's been somewhat my launching coach and giving me pep talks and telling me you know, keep going. Unsubscribes are a part of the journey. It means you're doing something right. Chatgpd told me that as well, which I just think is hilarious, and I'm just grateful for ChatGPD in the emotional support side of this launch as well. But anyway, that is 10 quick ways that you can start implementing ChatGPD into your business today.
