It was also surreal because when you’re in the thick of a big project like ours, the days of enjoying the fruits of your labor seem so far into the future. But here we are!

If you didn’t know, Brad and I bought an old, outdated traditional New Orleans shotgun style home and spent about a year renovating it from top to bottom. We photographed it for the first time just a couple of weeks ago, and it felt so good!
