There's been much talk about changing our industry. Action is what we need and Ben has taken action! He puts his money where his mouth is and proves you can afford to pay techs a fair rate. Even more, he lets you choose your pay plan. Soon to be opening his 4th shop its obvious his success is no fluke. But wait, haven't we constantly been told a shop will go out of business if they pay their staff what we're asking for? I called B.S. many times, been kicked out of groups for it and calling it how it is, and for sticking up for techs to be treated fairly. Well here it is, THE PROOF!! A shop CAN take care of it's people well even in rural Idaho! If you're a tech here's a guy you want to work for and if you're an owner take notes if you're not on this level. You want to change the industry this is how you do it, you take care of your people, and in return they will take care of you and your business.
