Jennifer Coronado:

What's up party people? We're about to launch into season two of Everyone Is and we thought, coming into this season, it would be a great opportunity to take a step back and say why are we doing this? Do we still think that everyone has a spark of creativity in them? Do we still think we have opportunities to discover that with different folks, does that creative opportunity feed into what they've become? But we didn't feel like we could find all the answers to the whys without having a bit more input from other people. So in this mini episode you aren't really going to hear much from me. You're going to hear from a group of kids between the ages of 6 and 16, and they were asked two questions what does imagination mean to you and what do you want to be when you grow up? So enough from me. Now let's hear from the children.

Speaker 2:

What does imagination mean to you, and what do you want to be when you?

Speaker 3:

grow up. So enough from me. Now let's hear from the children. I'm Alice and I'm 13. My name is Amelie. I'm 9 years old.

Imagination is the ability to create anything you can think of, even if it'll never be real.

Speaker 3:

It means you have a big open mind for different stuff and, like, the best thing about imaginations is your ideas and your influences can be crazy. It means to be creative.

Using your mind to be creative. It can be silly, it can be fun, a whole other world where you can just make up any crazy thing.

Speaker 3:

You can make whatever you want. It's like not regular stuff that you do every day, and then it's like what you imagine in your head. I would just say imagination is the best thing I could ever think of in my life.
