Masterful Connection In Times Of Darkness
During the last two weeks we've seen the world tip on it's axis. Again. This time, the spotlight is very firmly on Israel & Hamas.
There is no doubt, the impact of these events are being felt on a global scale, and we are in very early days right now of this unfolding. However, as with any event like this, there are individuals and communities that are so acutely impacted to the point of devastation that it leaves many of us who are outside of those communities, feeling either helpless or possible even numb as it's potentially too much to look in that direction for fear of pain in the heart.
As I searched in my soul for a way on the sideline, to at least feel like I could be helping in some way, I was contacted by a dear Jewish friend of mine, Danielle Sunberg, who offered her experience of what was truly helpful and healing right now.
This is in no way a conversation about political views. It's a conversation about humanity and one I believe everyone could benefit from hearing right now.
