Welcome to Where Souls Hang Out

Hi I'm Yogray

I have been teaching Yoga and meditation full-time now for over 10 years.

I have started these meditation podcasts to give people access for easy to follow meditations that resonate with the soul.

By completing this meditation ( or any of my meditations) everyday if possible, you will always have the ability to find deep inner peace at anytime required.

Practice these meditations by giving your self the time and space to heal and everyone has 20 or so minutes to spend on themselves. 

This meditation is a 23 minute short meditation designed for beginners to intermediates or anyone who wants to release tension and stress.

Connecting to stillness brings many benefits and all is required from you is to give yourself the time, the space and the self awareness discipline to allow your healing process to begin.

We all need to heal form different stressors in our lives.
