I really think the secret sauce to actually becoming super successful in any sales or any entrepreneurship journey is to actually just do the thing. I see a lot of coaches and gurus now just popping up all over the place. I think it's because I'm getting into that space, so the algorithm is just pounding me with this stuff right now and it's funny because I feel so behind. But I know that I am in that grind session that will allow me to have the credence and the ability to influence and train people when my course gets released here in the next couple of months. You know, having 10 years of military experience is something I need to lean on more in my social posting. And also I grew, you know, two companies at this point. So I was able to become the number one sales guy in water treatment and and really blow up that entire office up there. And then I grew a solar company from 600 K to 25 million in 11 months in top line revenue. So you know, I look at these experiences and I'm excited to know that when I finally start putting my message out at mass to the world, I will at least have some social proof and some backup to know that I belong in the industry and that I can help as many people as I possibly can.

Speaker 1:

I think a lot of people get into business and entrepreneurship before actually ever working under or actually helping build a business, and I think that's a big disservice to yourself because it makes it way harder. Honestly, being an entrepreneur is actually pretty, pretty nice. I miss the entrepreneur days sometimes because you got to make a lot of money selling deals, you got to make overrides and you also got to benefit from the company growth, but you had zero liability, zero risk. So I basically got paid to learn how to run a business and I don't think my water company would be remotely as successful if it was not for the fact that I did, you know, grow that solar company previously. So I definitely am appreciative of that. And I see so many coaches now who haven't really done much or only been in the scene for a little while posting or copying a lot of the top producers out there copying the same message using the same type of subtitles, using the same type of ad copy and, to be honest, some of them are doing really well. Some of like the B players that I'm seeing are doing really, really well, and it's interesting because you know most people probably envious of that or hate on it, and I'm not really upset by it. You know, at the end of the day, they're taking a message and they're changing it and they're presenting it to their audience in a way that they enjoy to listen to it. If anything else, it gives confidence to the fact that if I can come out with something different and something that you know isn't already in the marketplace, that I should have outsized returns. So I'm really excited for it.

Speaker 1:

And this water course I mean this course will be for all salespeople, but I really am trying to niche down and make it just for the water treatment space and as I've recorded this, we're at 131 videos, 80 hours of live recordings and trainings from actual meetings of me with my team, and I think it's going to change the game. To be honest, I'm going to use it internally for my own team so I can merit its success. So I just don't think this exists for water treatment right now and I think everyone will be really pleasantly surprised by it. I'm going to give a lot of it away for free and I'm really going to try to flood the market with as much value as I can in this next year and I'm hoping, based off what I've seen, you know other coaches and people do online and other business owners, I'm hoping with you know my social proof and the background of what I've done and I'm hoping that the content I've recorded and spent the last year and a half on will land.

Speaker 1:

It's kind of nerve wracking to know that you spent so much time on something and there is that chance that we could release this thing at the end of the month and early next month and the market not like it and it flop and it do nothing. And I think that is the biggest fear when you try to make something great or memorable in anything, especially in business, is there is no guarantee that it's going to work out. There's no guarantee that I'm going to release this course and people will like it. I doubt it for the amount of time I put in, but there is that still, that chance that it could suck, or at least the market could say it could suck and they might not receive it as well. So definitely a little fearful of that, I'm hoping, you know, I look at what we've done and I look at the effort we've put in and I'm proud to say that this course that we are releasing and the sales that we're releasing, everything else that we're adding with it I really don't think there's any more that we could do. I mean, I look at where my skill set is now and with the editing and the amount of effort and time that the whole team has put in, I just don't think there's any way we can make this thing better.
