Speaker 1:

What's going on my family Busy, busy week. Lots of things have changed. Lots of things have been going on. We are currently going through one of the biggest shifts that the company has had. For a hot minute, we have now left Virginia, or actually I have left Virginia and I am expanding into South Carolina, maryland and potentially DC as well, full time. So a lot of big things going on with the business. A lot of stress has been happening. Recently.

Speaker 1:

Me and my COO parted ways. We lost a ton of people. We got a lot of people. It has been a crazy roller coaster, but we have a bunch of new guys who are coming on board and are absolutely crushing it. Got a closer manager finally established. Got a setter manager established. Got a bunch of guys crushing it. My install team is on fire. We got a new guy who I got from a referral, which, let me tell you guys, if you're looking for a badass service, tech referrals are the absolute way to go, and so it's pretty funny how fast you have to change when you're forced to change. You know we had an amazing offer to go to South Carolina and you know, at the time when the offer came, the business operationally wasn't really where it needed to be to make the move. We were also going through some crazy financial stuff. It was insane, but we pushed forward, went through all the stress and the heartache and we made it. We absolutely made it and my team stepped up, the leaders stepped up and, even though there was a couple weeks of just absolute hell, it absolutely was amazing. So just want to do a little vlog.

Speaker 1:

I'm currently on a six-hour drive down to South Carolina. It's currently 8 o'clock, so I'm not getting home until well, it's my new home, so 1 am 2 am. But that is the grind, ladies and gentlemen, and that's what it's all about. There's up days and down days, and I've got to tell you, the days that are the best in the business are all the days where I'm working the hardest, when there's days where I feel like nothing is happening and nothing's going and there's nothing pushing. Those are the worst days. I would rather have things happening than have absolute nothingness. So I am going to definitely not be in the field as much.

Speaker 1:

I'll be working more on the business, which is also super exciting because I am going to be working remote from my main office in Virginia and, yeah, it's going to allow me to actually grow the business and be separated and allow the business to actually operate itself, which, if you are a founder and you started the business from scratch I think that's one of the hardest things is to separate yourself from the day-to-day and trust the team to do the work, and I am now putting myself in a position where I'm gonna have to let that happen. Now we are about to execute on our big government contract uh, here next week, so I will be coming back and driving back, flying back to work on that, which is gonna be exciting. Um, and then my maryland team is looking really, really stellar Got an absolute savage on board, so we are pushing at light speed. I am excited to update you guys on the podcast when year two rolls around. We are in month 18 now.

Speaker 1:

Oh, and I should also update we just crossed our million dollar total revenue mark, which is awesome for only being in business almost 18 months now, and I think this year we will cross 1.1, 1.2 in total yearly revenue, which is awesome, considering last year was not even a fraction of that. So everything's going in the right direction. Obviously, cash flow is always an issue and we are looking at getting that remedied ASAP. It's been an interesting couple of weeks. I really want to continue to provide value for you guys, so I'm going to try to do better with the updates and try to get some behind-the-scenes stuff for you as much as I can. I will be updating these podcasts so you guys can at least follow me along with the journey and see kind of what we got going on. So I appreciate y'all. Have a good one, peace.
