Welcome to the podcast on how to Heal from Toxic Relationships with me, Dr Sarah, Clinical Psychologist and Trauma Bond Specialist.
I am so honoured to have you here and listening to my podcast. I do not take any of your listening ears for granted and I feel so blessed that you have spent the time listening to me.
In my work, I support people who have experienced criticism, abuse, rejection, neglect or abandonment within their relationships to end toxic cycles and start embodying a healthier relationship with themselves as well as others. I support people who may consequentially struggle low self-esteem, feelings of anxiety, panic and depression, and overall negative emotional wellbeing. Through the education and information I provide in this podcast, I hope that it inspires people to take the next step to care for themselves, to stop walking on eggshells, and to seek help so that they can re-discover their self-worth and grow their self-esteem.
