Today we’re talking about 3 considerations you need to know as you consider your worth, especially as you work with brands.

It’s the third podcast in a series where I am sharing the lessons that hit home for me at the most recent TBEX event – but these take-aways bring value to ALL niches.

There are THREE things I want you to consider as you contemplate (and hold your ground on) your worth.

The first is your SPECIAL SAUCE. What skills do you excel at? How can you use those to benefit the brand? And how do you differentiate yourself among others with the same skill?

The second is STATS. I don’t mean your pageviews and household income. I mean, gather and share the STATS that matter to the brands you want to work with. What KPIs are important to them? Marketing dollars, PPC value, click thrus to their site… plus dollar spend and affinity, if applicable.

The final consideration is SAYONARA. You have to be able to say goodbye – to walk away from brand proposals that don’t serve you or acknowledge the value you bring.
