Speaker 2Hey everybody, I'm excited to be chatting with Veronica Keith of Yaris Cleaning. Welcome, Veronica.
Speaker 3Yeah, good afternoon Stacey. Good afternoon everybody. Thank you so much for the opportunity. I really appreciate it.
Speaker 2I am so excited, yeah we're excited too, so why don't you start off by telling us about your company, my company Vieira's Clean.
Speaker 3I have this company for nine years. I work in Marieta, Roswell, Alta, Smyrna, Cumming. I have customers in this area. I have my cleaners, my group, my helpers. It's very dedicated. I really appreciate the details. I usually do a good clean. I teach my cleaners I have a high quality clean and a good price too. It's really important. Yeah, yeah, After my cleaners visit my customers, they leave the house sparkly, sparkling and my customers then be able be home and relax, enjoy the kids, enjoy the house, because the Vieira's clean was there and the Zid the clean, yeah.
Speaker 2Yeah.
Speaker 3Okay.
Speaker 2That's great. That's great. How did you get started in this business? You know, have you always kind of been in this industry, or was it something new for you nine years ago?
Speaker 3Yeah, I moved. I am from Brazil, I am Brazilian. I moved to the United States for nine years. Then, when they moved to the United States, I saw the opportunity help the customer solve the problems. Then I started my company, the Virus Clean. Then I still am here, work hard and teach my team, and I am very excited.
Speaker 2That's awesome. That's awesome. Can you talk about any myths or misperceptions that might be out there about the cleaning industry?
Speaker 3Most of the time when they start a new customer. Then the customer asks Veronica, I had other cleaner, other company clean. Then I have trouble about the small details like shower. The shower is not 100% clean. Then the customer asks me Veronica, what do you suggest? Then I usually work. If my owner's products, I use my products, then I don't have a complaint. My customer is happy. If the clean, Then I usually I don't like product if a lot of bleach Because the bleach is not good for the health. My product is without bleach, just the exceptional case. I see, okay, I can do anything. But I open the windows and I talk to the customer first before use the bleach, but I prefer use the health products. It's good for the customer and good for my cleaners and good for everybody. It's very important.
Speaker 2Do you make your own products or you buy certain ones?
Speaker 3Yeah, yeah, I mix something in my house, like I use a lot of soup but I mix. I learn in Brazil, it's the form from Brazil. Then I usually make my house, then I gave, I give for my, my helpers, my cleaners, my team. Then I use my, my owner's products, just just. But I have some customers say no, veronica, I would like you use this specific product. It is okay, no problem, I use specific product. It is okay, no problem, I use the product, but I prefer use the health product.
Speaker 2Yeah, Got it, got it. Have there been any challenges since you started this business that you've had to overcome?
Speaker 3Yes, yes, the first challenge the language, Because my first language is Portuguese. I speak Portuguese. Then when they start my business, I need to talk old, then go to school, then learn another language for grow up. My business. Then it's in my opinion, it's the big challenge.
Speaker 2Yeah, well, your English sounds great now.
Speaker 3Thank, you so?
Speaker 2much. What do you like to do for fun when you're not working?
Speaker 3Well, I really enjoy my family, my daughters. I have two daughters, 17 and 21. I really enjoy go to my older daughter. She plays soccer. I really love see my daughter play. I usually go to the lake. I really love beach and I have fun with my dog. I have a York and I really enjoy my family, my husband, my daughters and my dog. That's nice, Thank you.
Speaker 2What else would you like our listeners to know about your business?
Speaker 3Okay, the Veras Clean. I offer the two different types of clean. I have the deep clean and the light clean. I call for light clean. What does it mean? The deep clean, the deep clean I really recommend for the first customer the first clean Because it's real details. I usually, and my team usually, clean everything, everything Baseboards, doors, under the sofa, under the bed, fence, everything. Then I spend more time, the deep clean, then after that I usually offer for the customer the light clean, then the price the light clean it's cheaper, but the light clean it's good too. But what has happened when I wash take care the first time, the deep clean, then the next time. It's easy for the customer and easy for us too. I usually change sheets, put the laundry to wash and I promise I take care a lot of your house like I care my house.
