
Alexa Fleur
Alexa Fleur is a coach, entrepreneur and strategist who specializes in innovation for risk-taking teams. She uses design thinking and Positive Intelligence to help founders gain new insight and build processes that transform people and projects. She was the co-founder of education technology company, Critiqueit, acquired in 2018. Following the acquisition, Alexa completed training at Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) and mental fitness mastery and certification for Positive Intelligence (PQCC), where she co-founded and co-facilitated PQ for Christians and PQ and Spirituality Learning Communities. Alexa has applied design thinking in diverse industries as tech, death care, biomechanics, theatre, churches, nonprofits, education and architecture. A native Californian, Alexa lives in Long Beach, and in Austin with her Texan-husband, Brad, where they are active in the Anglican Church (ACNA).
