Fellowship is easy when everyone agrees. Konania is what happens when we walk toward the same light while carrying different burdens, different stories, and different questions and still choose to love. We open with a guided contemplation that anchors us in Scripture, breathing, and presence, then we sit with a line that reframes community: “If we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another” (1 John 1:7). Not if we think alike. Not if we have it all together.

From there, we ask what we’re sensing is happening in the PQ Christian Community, and the answers are both practical and deeply spiritual. We talk about Positive Intelligence (PQ) and Christian mental fitness as a pathway into the inner room of God’s presence (Matt 6:6), where the pause helps us quiet the Judge and hear the Holy Spirit. We also share a snapshot of unexpected growth across the globe: from 43 to 83 countries and territories, reaching 671 cities with no advertising. The stories that follow include vulnerability, coaching, marriage, centering prayer, and people feeling truly held in community even through a screen.

We connect Acts 2:42 and Ephesians 4:16 to the way Agape builds the body of Christ, then close with Howard Thurman’s reminder that spiritual disciplines do not create God’s presence; they ready us to recognize it.

Opening Prayer And Intention

SPEAKER_01

So let me open this up in prayer and then we're going to go right into our contemplation. So, most gracious Father, Lord, we thank you for this opportunity that you've presented to us. Allow us to come together to deepen our fellowship with each other and our strength and our rootedness in you. We open ourselves up to you today and speak to us and transform us in ways beyond our comprehension. We love, honor, and praise you in Jesus' name. Amen. Alright, so I am going to jump right in here and focus on a contemplation. And we'll talk more about this because the contemplation is about building konania. Are you familiar with the term Konania? Alright, so the focus here is gonna be walking together in the light. And there are three scriptures that I've interjected into this. So as I'll read the scriptures and as we get prepared to like go into our PQ integrated contemplation rep, we'll just settle into that. So the first one is Acts 2.42. They devoted themselves to the apostles' teaching and to fellowship and the breaking of bread and prayer. And the second scripture is 1 John 1 and 7. But if we walk in the light as he is in the light, we have fellowship one to another. And the last scripture to integrate in is Ephesians 4 and 16. From Christ, the whole body joined and held together by every supporting ligament grows and builds itself up in agape as each part does its work. So as we prepare for the contemplation, if you want, you can turn your cameras off and just allow yourself to be present in this moment and just focus on what is

Guided Contemplation On Konania

SPEAKER_01

what's being said to kind of just allow your sense of hearing to be that focus today. Sense of hearing. Just breathe in slowly. Breathe out. Breathe in slowly. Breathe out. Allow yourself to arrive fully in this moment. Notice where you are today at this very moment. No need to fix anything. Simply notice. Perhaps you feel close to God.

SPEAKER_05

Perhaps you may feel distant. Perhaps you feel hopeful.

SPEAKER_01

Perhaps you feel tired. Perhaps you are certain. Perhaps you are wondering. Whatever is present, allow it to be here in this moment. And remember that God is already here with us. Now hear these words. If we walk in the light as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another. Notice what the scripture does not say. It does not say if we think alike. If we have everything figured out. Some are carrying burdens and some are celebrating. Yet we are all moving toward the same light.

SPEAKER_05

And Christ is among us. The gift of Conania.

SPEAKER_01

The early church devoted themselves to fellowship. A shared life in God. Not because they were alike. Not because they agreed on everything. And not because they had a ride. But because they belong to Christ. Pause for a moment. Consider all the people in our community. Their faces, their voices, their stories, their prayers, their challenges, and their victories. What a gift God has given us through this community. What gift might God want to give someone else through you? Now imagine God speaking these words over you. You are my beloved. Receive them. Then imagine these same words spoken over every person in our community. You are my beloved. And suddenly fellowship becomes more than friendship. It becomes seeing one another through the eyes of God. Through the eyes of Agape. From Christ, the whole body, joined and held together by every supporting ligament, grows and builds itself up in agape, as each part does the work. Listen again to the final words. Builds itself up in agape. Not merely affection, not merely kindness, but the very love of God. The love that originates in Christ. The love that binds the body together. The love that forms us into one people. The love that makes Konania possible. Perhaps this is what we're discovering all along. PQ helped us notice. But agape is what joins us together. When you are ready, you can turn your cameras on and rejoin us. Let's continue. Thank you, Lord.

SPEAKER_04

Well, last month we explored the possibility that mental fitness isn't the goal, but it's an invitation. It's a pathway that leads way beyond PQ reps and takes us into the inner room of God's presence. So some of us I know are just coming back, Diane. You said that you were just coming back to PQ. And over the years, a lot of us have we loved PQ. We loved positive intelligence and increasing our mental fitness. And some have walked away from it. And some are wondering how it even fits in in our lives today. But today we just wanted to stop and explore something that has really been growing, a growing realization within our community as a whole. And that is what if God is building something that is exceeding PQ or any of our expectations

Mental Fitness As Spiritual Invitation

SPEAKER_04

around it? And it's the gift of Kononia, which Donald talked about in the contemplation. Is so the question we're exploring today is what are you sensing is happening in the PQ Christian community?

SPEAKER_05

What are you experiencing?

SPEAKER_01

And I want to share, let me share my screen really quickly because I want you to see what's happening here. Let me share this. I want you to be able to look at the screen. Let me blow this up. Forgive me. Yes, the world map. Yes. So I want you to see this because in less than a year, last year around this time, we had touched 43 countries and territories. And within one year, no advertisement. We're now up to 83 total countries and territories in 671 cities. And if you look at this map, every part of the globe, someone is touched by what we're doing. You can't make this up. And this is the beautiful thing that we wanted to just kind of check in and talk about today. What are you sensing? What's going on in your life and in your walk, and how are things showing up for you? Free form. Shauna, I'm gonna call you out because I we we just did a wonderful podcast episode. And if you haven't listened to it, you have to listen to the episode. But Shauna, what are you sensing? I think you already expressed that. Just share a little bit about what's going on for you.

SPEAKER_07

Yeah, in the group, so I joined the group in February, and each time we meet, the the Holy Spirit is so present. And there's there's like a connection beyond even, I mean, like none of us, I mean, some of us may know each other. I mean, I I really don't, but yet I feel very connected to each of you. And that connectedness allows for transparency and honesty and just the ability to share and know. And I think I I don't know if I've said this before, but I was thinking I was talking to someone about our our group, and it was like, you know, the this the sacred toolbox of the PQ and the foundation it gives us allows us who are practicing it to leave the judge behind. And I think that is what you know, the Holy Spirit is here, but we're not bringing

The Community Goes Global

SPEAKER_07

stuff in individually because we've let it go before we even connect with Zoom. And it's so apparent to me, and I think that that is the beauty within the group that makes it so dynamic. I know for me, I I feel very emotional in a good way, like in a connected way with each of you and with Jesus. I mean, it's just it's it's it's a great connectedness. And seeing the map makes me realize how much more it is than just you guys on the screen.

SPEAKER_01

Yes.

SPEAKER_05

Anyone else willing to share? I'm happy to share. Sure.

SPEAKER_09

So I recently retired from work and I took a trip with my church choir to Greece and Turkey. And in that trip, we were in Ephesus walking the path of the Apostle Paul.

unknown

Wow.

SPEAKER_09

And I cannot even begin to describe what happened in that moment when I felt the presence of the Holy Spirit. So since returning, I'm looking at, you know, opening up the door to PQ again, getting involved in that, and finding how I can use that to help others. So that's why I'm here.

SPEAKER_01

And I appreciate that. And thank you. Thank you for sharing that. It just blows my mind when you think about walking the path that Paul walked, right? Isn't that just like that's like mind-blowing for me?

SPEAKER_09

It's like it was mind-blowing.

SPEAKER_01

It was mind-blowing. Wow. Yeah. Anyone else? Just share where you are and and just share what you're sensing.

SPEAKER_08

For me, it I'm always taking it back to PQ was a method for me to hone in on my presence. It was a way to calm my mind down so that I can hear the Holy Spirit. It was never intended for me to go off because people who are not Christians use it in a different from a different methodology, different process. And that's fine for them. But for me, it was always like, how do I use this to connect? And there is a resurgence, so this is touching the hearts of many people because I believe our society is looking for something that will help them connect to what they call a higher being. And we know it is God, Christ. And for me, it's always been that connection that I'm still searching for, I'm still in the beginning. Process. My coaching with PQ doesn't go as well as I want it to go. And for me, it's it's a continuous learning process to keep connecting with the Lord and Savior, to keep connecting in with the Holy Spirit so that I can then be beneficial and be that fellowship. I want it

Stories Of Connection And Vulnerability

SPEAKER_08

to be that purpose. I want it to connect. I want my coaching to somehow bring it to fullness in Christ. But I do see that society, hold on a second, sorry. I do feel that society is looking, some through the Christian base and some not, because I've heard many people say, well, no, I don't believe in Christ, I believe in God, and I don't need to go to church. So I've seen that, but they're still searching and still looking. And I think that PQ can be an avenue, PQ can be a direction, and Q PQ can be an opening sequence to that piece that is missing in their souls, from my perspective. I know you can't make anybody, but God doesn't intend us to make anybody do anything. It's it's his direction, it's his guidance. So I think I'm going around in circles, but for me, it's more about this resurgence that's been happening, this kind of awakening of what people are looking for and really from the heart desiring. If that makes any sense to anybody, it it clearly does.

SPEAKER_01

And you use the word resurgence, and I I have been saying restoration.

SPEAKER_02

Restoration.

SPEAKER_01

And there is there is an awakening, and I've I've labeled it a tsunami of agape. The love of God is just being poured out, but it's not in a way that we've ever seen it before. So if you're looking for it like the other ways, you will probably miss it. Because agape, God's love, is always pursuing us. And never forget what Shauna said there. I just want to make sure I put this in the forefront. PQ has a sacred tool. It's sacred because how we're using it. We have sanctified the tool. And then it becomes a mirror and a door. So Dembella. And it's so good to see you. How are you?

SPEAKER_00

I'm doing better, thank you so much. Yeah, I I think for me in terms of what is going on with us, what what's coming to mind is the reclaiming of the tools that God has given us through his word. Which in a way I think one time we were talking about the fact that if you look at all these, like the psychology and the background of PQ and everything, and you you look at what is going on there and the tools that are being used, it's you find that in the Bible. So it almost feels like God is using this community to help us reclaim that which He has already given to us. I remember that when I learned, I think when Jakey was talking about previously, about what she was doing with PQ, I was so surprised at learning what is already there in the Bible that is so linked to PQ. And and I I was just I think for for the longest time I have not tapped into my faith when I've been doing my own coaching. And with with this community and the tools that are there, the words that are linked to the different tools that are there, it's it's really amazing what what's happening. Yeah, so so it's it's about reclaiming. I think that's that's a big thing for me. But also at a personal level, what's happening with me is I found a community where I think going back to what Shona was saying, where a community of deep connections, where there's deep vulnerability, I have found myself so vulnerable, uh, and the people as well, especially in the small group, also like so vulnerable to one another, as though like we know each other. And yeah, and and and I think in my own journey, and as you know, where I've been, I felt held, and and and for some reason this is one community in my Christian faith where I actually felt held by people who are not even within my own surroundings, where I can actually come openly and say this is what I'm struggling with. And uh your words don't know that you just shared, and the reminder to be still. You said that the first time I shared about my my own situation, and those words I keep on going back to them. Yeah, so it's been a gift. That's has that's what has been happening to me. A gift and that I needed at this time in my life. Thank you.

SPEAKER_05

Thank you for sharing that. Wow. Anyone else?

SPEAKER_01

Oh yeah.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, during the contemplation, what I felt was held. That's a good feeling. That's a very soothing feeling.

SPEAKER_05

And I just felt thankful one.

SPEAKER_03

And yesterday I did a live on Facebook. I I'm doing this challenge of doing 30 days of live. So we'll see how today goes. You know, again, community. And a lot of times we think, you know, of community being you know, our our small little bubble, but it's so big, it's so vast. And I feel that God is using all of us to spread that word and and and open the door. You know, I mean PQ is a door to that community, wherever you are, and I love the fact that we can build community no matter where you are physically, you know, and that's when seeing the map like that showed me. So I am just very thankful that we have that opportunity, and you know, I don't specifically coach people, women, as I do women, who are Christians, I just open it up to women, and I want God to use me as the door opener and to whatever, wherever you believe, just you know, feel that community of being held and being able to be vulnerable and because that's a part of what we need. God wants us to just kind of lay it out, and then He gives us the next step. And you know, and in PQ, they talk about do this and then go to the next step and the next step. So, you know, that's just what's been going on in my mind as since we started this. So that's what I wanted to share.

SPEAKER_01

Thank you for sharing, and and the fact that we're sensing a being held. When I look at this map, and I'm gonna use this map here, I'm gonna put it as part of the the podcast episode. When I look at that map, I get a vision of the global body of Christ. Right? You you cannot not see Christ moving globally, and every part of the world is being touched by what goes on here, and I think back Jesus had 12 disciples, and look where the world is today from 12. Vanessa.

SPEAKER_06

Hey guys. Coming to you from Windy Day in the Florida Keys. The words that were coming, mind you guys already spoke, but it's just affirming. So community is always there in the back of my mind, this journey, connection, and intimacy. I have a very small niche, small group of people I work with with the military vets, but I'm really being called more, I feel to once I help them with their VA claim and all that. I mean, that's just the first step, getting to know them, helping them with their financial compensation. But after that, I'm like really feeling push, push to like, okay, now you can unleash more. They know they're working with a Christian because I talk about in our consultations, or I'm very clear that I you know, I talk about God, I I send scripture sometimes, I'll say message, God bless you, or have a good day or whatever. So they know who they're dealing with on a on an emotional level. But what I really see happening maybe in the next year is going to virtual retreats. I move around way too much to be trying to focus on, you know, getting a one spot fixed and setting all this stuff up. I'm more in a virtual space

Using PQ As A Sacred Tool

SPEAKER_06

right now. But like some of you mentioned, I mean, this is global, this is everywhere. So I'd like to just kind of connect more intimately. And I think with AI and all that AI clutter, like we're starting to crave our human sides are coming out more, and we want the intimacy of human connection, not AI for everything to run everything. So I find I get more phone calls from the female vets than the males because they're more emotional beings. You know, the men will just shut it down and compartmentalize and yeah, help me with this form or whatever. The women call me like, I'm stressing out, I can't fill out this form, and I'm getting overwhelmed. And so I'm finding like I'm having like mini little PQ sessions when the women are calling me, like, we just need to sit still now and take a breath. Everything else can wait, you know. And I'm just like, okay, so I'd like to develop this and go into like maybe quarterly meetings, start with the women. And it can maybe only start with two or three people, you know. I'm not trying to get a million people on my Zoom call, just intimacy and connection, even if it's just two or three people. But being able to add PQ in those sessions and prayer and scripture all together, even if it's like, you know, 30 minutes, 45 minutes once a month, but start somewhere. I'm looking at it's a retreat type theme, and I've been online looking at all different kinds, but really make them feel, of course, like Shauna has the same feeling, seen, feeling heard. It's just another level. Because you've helped them with their claim and all that, but they're still, I can tell they're still hurt and they're still searching, and there's still other parts of their whole walk that we could dive into more deeply, like the sandbox that we do here, right? So that's what I'll call it some kind of sandbox, but that's what I'm led to, like community, connection, intimacy, you know, take out the AI from some stuff.

SPEAKER_01

And Vanessa, I'm so glad you're you're you're touching on this because in January, we together, as we were planning, that's where the live love sandbox came up. So we meet again on the third Thursday just to be able to come together and to build even more intimacy and be able to support people right where they are. And if one person shows up, one person, and the focus is really just diving in and allowing Christ to use this space to heal. Kome.

SPEAKER_02

Hi everyone. So I I came to PQ for Christians when after going through the program, and I'm like, how do I incorporate this into my own program? Because I I coach my I'm very niche down. I coach uh physician wives, physicians who are wives, and high-achiev women to prevent divorce, uh, create connected marriages. And basically, my aim, my goal is to end world divorce. I know it's audacious, but one marriage at a time, starting with mine, because I almost got divorced. I was the one who initiated them a Christian and all that. But so the work I've done to transform my marriage, that's what I'm teaching, I'm sharing. But I see how it intersects with PQ because I I see that my saboteur is where like it's it's in marriage, it comes out, like an intimate relationship, it comes out really, and just being able to regulate myself and create what I want. Anyway, so the way I see PQ is that is is ancient wisdom from this from the scriptures repackaged in a way that modern minds can understand that those who don't, you know, they're not Christians can understand it. So so I have been in my mind thinking, how do I put this together? I I send them to do the sabotage assessment, and I feel like fragmented in my brain. So I've been trying, God, how can I put this in one place so that I can reach my client. They access it easily, they understand it because I feel like fragmenting the way I'm sending them to do the sabotage assessment, bring them back and try to follow up again. I I don't have time to do all that. And so yesterday, I think I was praying about this for a while. Yesterday, I was in another coaching container, and I saw this US Army veteran sharing what he's been doing. He has 80,000 people that he reaches out to every Saturday, one hour of his time, he comes and talks to them, and then he showed me, showed us the group of us in the coaching contender, this platform. And what did I see? He was a saboteur assessment there, and all the people go through that and they keep coming. He said, I don't sell to them, I just share with them, I give them value, and I just say, hey, I'm doing this webinar, and 50 people show up. They call their people because their lives are changing just because he put it there. I was like, gosh, this is what I want. This is exact. So God led me there to show me, all right, okay, so this is what you're looking for. So what am I saying is that so PQ is reaching people. I don't know if this guy is a Christian, but he shared in that program that he's going through a divorce, but he's reaching people, you know, and I say, Wow, you know how much more? God's giving a vision of what I could do. I have a group in my church with meeting every month, the women, and they're just coming slowly. And then I have the physicians that I meet. The church group is free, and so I just share with them, I teach them, it's free. But the physicians want, and I know that people who invest actually are the ones that put in the effort to transform to change, right? So I it's basically I just got a vision of what I do. So it's true, PQ is going around the world. The people I'm coaching, they're paying, my faith clients are changing, and they're telling me the doctors are telling me how valuable this is. I also share the scriptures with the PQ. So it's not just PQ alone. I I put the scriptures there. Okay, so I think I'm going round around, but I I value this community, it keeps me grounded, it keeps me, it's it also deep in my knowledge because there's so much about the PQ that you can't learn, even in the cohort. And I think this this uh few months I've been with you guys, I'm learning so much that I'm taking back to the people I coach and I'm also taking into my life. And this summer, so my husband walks abroad and he came home, and something happened. So I've had all my schedules set up, like my schedule, um, you know, doctor, we have schedules, and so I was gonna go ahead with my schedule, like, yeah, you're here. You didn't tell me you're gonna come, you're here. And so an older 85-year-old man told me, she said, hmm, who comes before God, your work or your husband? And that stopped me in my track. And so I had to let go of all other stuff because you know, it got down to this that when I was working before, I was so committed to my job, right? Like my husband tells me, help me with this. I'm like, no, no, no, you should have given me, you know, notice before time. I can't do this. And I the hospital dropped me in a moment without any, you know, like thought about my excellence or whatever. They dropped me in a moment, but my husband stayed by me, just comfort me through this time. So I understood two things because this 85-year-old woman asked me, contract and covenant. What's the difference? Covenant stays with you, like God stays with us. All true. Contract, it's what are you, what's in there for me. So I understood those two things. And covenant is what I'm doing in my marriage, and covenant is what I want to teach the the physicians and the high-achieving women that it's it's it's 100%. It's not about when it's convenient, it's not about following a schedule because marriage is dynamic, it's not static. Anyways, I'm saying I'm rambling around, but RPQ has helped a lot. So thank you.

SPEAKER_01

I I appreciate what you said, and I I I I want to make sure that we don't we don't walk past what you just said because it was extremely powerful. Because what you lived was the practice of the pause. Right? Because your schedule prior to PQ, right? You would have kept the schedule. But you immediately had the muscle, the fitness, the muscle, the mental fitness to step into the pause and to realize that you have choice now. You see, you can't make this up, and that's how it flows. And I want to make sure that we're aware of this because everything that we're seeing is the byproduct of us walking with God and using the tool. God can sanctify the tool, and that is the most important thing I want you to leave here with. It's PQ, I look at it as being more like a spiritual discipline, right? Like we have spiritual disciplines of of contemplation, of silence. It's all in the same realm. And I want you to realize that every time we uh interact or every time we go into using PQ as a sacred tool, it's preparing us for readiness. It's allowing us to get ready for presence. That's all it's doing. I know how it's changed my life. God used PQ to open me up to even be able to say, I surrender. It's all part of the process. And whatever that tool is, God can use the tool to meet people right where they are. And he can meet us right where we are where wherever we are in our business or coaching or whatever it is, God can meet us right there. Just remember that. As long as you stay open, God can use you right where you are. No, no two of us are alike. Just remember

From Knowing About God To Knowing God

SPEAKER_01

that we are all unique, and God can use us in every way differently. Steph, go right ahead.

SPEAKER_04

I love your audacious goal, by the way, Comey. Yeah. I think it's great to have an audacious goal. So good for you. I have I've been a Christian all my life, but a lot of of my training was around the intellectual knowledge of God. And that was always the thing you know about God. You know, but do you really know Him? And that's what PQ did for me, is that it gave me the opportunity to be still. It opened the door into centering prayer. That has been such a huge thing for me. And to really experience God rather than just know about Him. This morning I was listening to Lectio, and they were it was the reading was the blind man that Jesus gave sight to. He put the mud on his eyes, he told him to go wash his face in the pool of Siloam. And then afterwards, the the religious leaders were talking to him. And what really struck me is that here's a man who didn't have the religious training, he didn't have the intellectual knowledge that those leaders had. But he had an experience that they did not have. And the faith that came out of that was incredible. He was so sure of who his faith was in. And that's what I've been experiencing is the experience of knowing him and of hearing him. And it's deepened my faith exponentially. No intellectual knowledge can can compete with that. It just can't. So it really has changed my life. And this community just I love hearing your experiences. I love hearing how you're using it and how it's grown your faith because it's it strengthens mine. So thank you.

SPEAKER_01

Beautiful. I'd like to take a moment here. I want to read something to you, and it's just perfect timing. I've been reading Howard Thurman. I don't know if you're familiar with him, but he was born in 1899. And he was his walk, he was an ordained minister, but his walk became an influence on Martin Luther King Jr. But here's what he says about spiritual disciplines. And I want you to listen how PQ flows as a spiritual discipline. It says the place and significance of spiritual disciplines and exercises cannot be overemphasized. It is important, however, to understand what that significance is. There is no necessity relationship between the disciplines and the awareness of God's presence. All disciplines of this character are meant to ready the mind, the emotions, and the spirit. I just want you to catch that. And just think about how we walk through PQ and how it opened us up to the presence of

Spiritual Disciplines That Ready Us

SPEAKER_01

God that was already available and already there the whole time. And because we were able to pause and quiet down the judge or hyper-achiever or hyper-rational or the stickler, we were able to hear and sense that presence. And the more you did the exercises, and the more you became consistent, the more you realize the presence is always with you. We don't need the game, we don't need to click it. We know now and we can live from that place. And that's God's desire for us to live from the awareness that his presence is everywhere. Think about it this way. David said it this way. He said, Where can I go from your presence, Lord? Right? I want you to think about that. So every person that you are, that God puts in front of you, yes, God puts in front of you. Every person, you become the channel for his presence. I just want you to see that. You being there, it doesn't matter if you bring scripture into it, you are the very presence of God for those people, and what they see in you is what God is already doing in you, and that's the beautiful part of this. So just stay the course. I mean, you don't want me to start saying what I see here. I'm telling you, I've said it for months. I see a global restoration, I see what we've learned and what not just us, but even people that have gone through the program, what God allowed us to be able to partake of, the skill set of using that, to be able to pause in the midst of chaos, to be able to put language to what's going on inside and not claim it as ourselves, is changing this world. And I will say this as boldly as I as I need to say it, and Shazad had no idea, because I want you to understand it's very important, God can use whoever to bring what he needs into the world because God is pursuing and I love what you said. He hector Melina, you said what's the word you used? You said re. What was it? Was re reclaiming. Reclaiming, that's it. God is reclaiming, he's going on a search party for his sons and daughters, he's going to the ends of the earth, and he's bringing his sons and daughters home. And I want us to just be encouraged and to know the more you invite God into your practice and the more you invite God into your day, the more he fills you and flows out of you. So take the time to be empty before God so that he could fill you with whatever is needed for the people he's directing towards you. So be encouraged. All right, it's 11 o'clock. So let me before we leave here, just you can put it in the in the chat or whatever, but one word of what you're taking away. Just so that we can just really wrap this up. What's the one word that you're taking away from here? Oh, love it. Covenant, fed, connection, presence,

filling, presence, empty to be filled. Yeah. Commitment. So as we get ready to leave here, as in every one of our meetings, we we close it out the same way, and I want to make sure that you get it. It says, For it is God who works in you to will and to act in order to fulfill his good pleasures. Philippians 2 13. Go stay the course, and I'll end with Diane's words. Be encouraged. Love you guys until next time. God bless.
