Jess Kostos is an Advanced Practice Pelvic Health Physio, Pilates Educator and a mama-to-be. She is known to many as “The Mama Physio” on social media too. Jess has over 10 years of experience in Australia and the UK, in both the public and private systems and loves working with women through motherhood. She is passionate about empowering women to take control of their health and well-being by providing them with high quality, evidence-based services.

  • What we can do in pregnancy to help optimise our physical postpartum recovery
  • What we can be doing to optimise our recovery and our pelvic floor health, in the immediate few days post birth
