Lily Eid is a certified Career Practitioner, Mum, and Founder of Launch Mama.  She is also a trained Organisational Psychologist, and has worked in various Human Resources Management and Organisational Development roles.  Her business, Launch Mama, is all about helping Mums return to work with confidence and discover a new career pathway that complements their genius, values, and soul’s purpose.  Supporting Mums through these major transitions is Lily’s passion – she loves the work she does, and wants the same for fellow Mums.

When Lily isn’t coaching and counselling Mums, she is playing soccer and marbles, singing and dancing with Freddie, as well as cooking and watching TV shows with her husband, Tony.  Lily also loves spending time with close family and friends, mixing music, painting, and interpreting birth charts.
