SURVIVOR With Kara Kay
Today we are sitting down with Kara Kay from Compass. We start off the episode talking about Kara’s time on Survivor, season 37! And how much the show Survivor is a lot like the real estate game. She then tells us a story of a ghost she saw in a large estate in Rancho Santa Fe…and if you get our Bridesmaids reference, extra points for you! Kara then tells us a story where an appraiser tried to ask her out and when she awkwardly denied him, he may or may not have retaliated by sending back a VERY low appraisal….Kara, lesson learned! Deny the appraiser AFTER the appraisal comes back!
