We are sitting down with Betty Tashakorian from Berkshire Hathaway Home Services California Properties. For those who don’t know Betty, she is meticulous in everything she does. So when she walked into her condo listing downtown and found the place a total wreck and condoms on the floor, she was floored! She also shares a story of a seller who was not moved out on closing day and the teamwork it took with her and the listing agent to get the seller packed!
