Showing Hazards with Luis Peraza
Today we are sitting down with Luis Peraza from Finest City Homes. Luis shares some stories about the hazards that can happen during showings. One house they walked into was supposed to be empty during the showing, only to find out someone (we think the seller’s son) was in the shower. Luckily they got in and out before they ran into him. And then Luis tells us about a “tenant” that wasn’t supposed to be at a property he was showing and let’s just say her boyfriend was less than pleased…
