Today we are sitting down with Dave Lass with Real Broker in Lake Tahoe. Dave starts us off with a story where he took on a FSBO (For Sale By Owner) listing and the owner lived out of town. The things he did to get this listing ready for market will blow your mind. Let’s just say it was a lot of blood, sweat and probably some tears. He then tells Steph a story where he helped a client who had fallen on hard times sell his condo and move into something better, only to get a call after the deal closed that his client has been robbed by Russian gangsters…What?!
