The award recognizes a lifetime of positively altering events and changing countless lives through corporate and investment banking across Africa, the Caribbeans and other continents.  

In this inspiring episode, Mr Rene Awambeng shares the personal and professional struggles which led him to become a Pan-Africanist and Economic Freedom Fighter for Africa. He highlights the skill of building effective relationships and using emotional intelligence when faced with struggles.
