In this episode, we welcome the Rev. Dorothée Renée Caulfield—a spiritual leader, teacher, chaplain, and guide whose journey through ministry spans decades and a wide spectrum of service. From her early days as an ordained deacon at the Cathedral of St. John the Divine in New York City, to her work in hospice care, prison ministry, and theological education, Dorothée has dedicated her life to accompanying others through life’s most vulnerable moments. Currently serving as a hospital chaplain and spiritual director, she continues to mentor emerging leaders through the Episcopal Church’s Education for Ministry program. Today, we’ll speak with Dorothée about her path, the power of spiritual companionship, how she’s navigating today’s turbulent times, and how laughter, love, and faith continue to sustain her.
