In this episode, we speak with Dr. Will Tuttle, author of the internationally acclaimed The World Peace Diet (published in 18 languages).  In addition to The World Peace Diet, Dr. Tuttle is the author of Food for Freedom and The World Peace Way, Six Keys to Health and Harmony for All, as well as over a dozen other books and CDs.

A former Zen monk with a Ph.D. from UC Berkeley, Dr. Tuttle is an educator, musician, and speaker who has presented in over 50 countries on compassion, intuition, and cultural transformation.

Together, we explore how our culture shapes our relationship with animals and the living world, the role of intuition and awareness in personal and collective change, and what it means to live with greater compassion in everyday life.

This conversation is an invitation to look more deeply at the systems we participate in and the possibilities that emerge when we begin to see them more clearly.
