New Chief Leo Niemczyk shares his vision for the future of Port St. Lucie Police Department
There's a new police chief in town and his name is Leo Niemczyk.

Port St. Lucie has been the safest large city in Florida for a decade, which Chief Niemczyk attributes not only to the department's success at reducing crime but also to officers' professionalism and positive relationship with residents.
