In this episode, Bethany and Irene discuss breastfeeding her first child for 4-6 weeks and her second for 9 months. She struggled with oversupply and donating milk with her second child. Irene wishes she knew breastfeeding can be painful and uncomfortable. Her favorite product was a nursing pillow.
