Host Sam and Co-host Anthony discuss attachment theory. The four types of attachment according to Amir Levine and Rachel Heller are anxious, avoidant, secure, and disorganized, or anxious avoidant. Of course, everything is a spectrum, and Sam and Anthony talk about their placement in the theory. Attachment theory can help give language and understanding to a relationship.
