Magic has always been part of the world around us. As humans, there are so many phenomenon that we have trouble explaining - even today! Often times the "unexplainable" gets chalked up to someone or something using magic. For the average person who can't use magic, this is obviously a terrifying & threatening thing!
Today we'll look a little bit at the history of magic - not the Hogwarts class, the real thing. Why have witches been so feared? And were they always hunted down so savagely?
