So I had zero business experience when I started my entrepreneurial journey, literally none. Not only did I have a zero experience, I had zero educational background as well. I did not take one single business class my entire life. I avoided business like the plague. I thought it was So boring. So blah. Like I just never in a million years thought that I would be the owner of a seven figure business. Never. Like it, it's just, I did not think it was part of the trajectory of my life. I, it's just so funny, but here we are. And you know, what's even more interesting about that is I, I kind of like look back like I, I was never voted like most likely to succeed. I never was like valedictorian. And I was just. You know, kind of average. I mean, I really liked being in a lot of different activities. Like I was all over the place. I was in cheerleading. I was in student government. I was in drama. Like I dance, like you name it. I love doing it, but I wasn't great at anything, but I just, I liked, I liked doing a lot of different activities. I just found it so exciting and so fun. Fun. So here we are now, business owner, and when I look back and I go, okay, this is interesting, and I look back and I think about, you know, other people kind of where they are, how they, they ended up in their lives where I am, how I ended up. And I look back and I go, you know what? It's interesting because quite frankly, I don't think having a business degree has. It's anything to do with how successful you are as a business owner. It's one thing to understand like data and accounting and bookkeeping and like logistical business operations stuff, but it's a whole nother skill set to be a business owner and to build a seven figure business. Going to eight figures, baby. That's the plan. It's a whole nother skill set, but you know, the one skill that you must have to succeed as an entrepreneur, you know what that is? Are you guessing? What do you think? Be good at numbers, be innovative, be creative, be a good leader. You know, it's none of that. You know what it is? Determination. Determination is the most important factor, the most important quality that you will have on your side as you go through this journey. It's determination, being unstoppable. That's what I'm calling it inside the membership this month. We're focused on being unstoppable. Because of all the things in the entire world that can make someone a good business owner, this Is the key. And I remember the other day I was scrolling on social media and I love to follow like CEO accounts where I hear some of the biggest and best, you know, business owners, millionaires, billionaires, Elon Musk, you know, um, like all their stories, right? Their come ups. I love to hear about their stories, their decision making, the moves they made, because it's so inspirational to me to see what they had to do to get to where they want to be. I mean, like, Elon Musk rented an office in Silicon Valley to live in. Ugh! Because it was cheaper than an apartment. Getting an office? was cheaper than getting an apartment. So he got a little office, he lived in it, he worked in it and he, I think he went to like the YMCA down the street to shower. That's fricking determination. Okay. Getting a side job so you can buy more inventory. That's. It's freaking determination showing up every single day, whether your launch failed or whether it did 10 K that's determination being able to weather the storms, hold your head above water. When it feels like you have a hundred thousand pounds pulling you under. Nope. I'm going to, I'm going to, I'm determined to be my, keep my head above water. I'm not going to be pulled down because you know what happens? Most people that start their businesses and run their businesses end up underwater. They don't have that determination to keep going, to make the moves that most people won't make. And there's so many factors that cause this and we're unpacking these inside the inside. The trends that are membership this month, we're talking about being unstoppable. And I was just talking about this today in the membership. Cause it's so, this is just a different skillset. My friends having determination as an entrepreneur. When I was scrolling the other day, I was about to tell you this story. When I was scrolling the other day, I saw the, I think it was the owner or the, the, the guy that started, um, Netflix. I think it was. And he was talking about the most important thing you have to have as an entrepreneur and you guys I almost fell out of my seat and like just I was so excited but also like so just blown away that this is what I always tell my clients and it's what he said too. But when the interviewer asked him, do you know what the thing was that he said you have to have to be successful above anything else? It wasn't a degree. It wasn't a fricking PhD in engineering. It wasn't like being like the valedictorian or summa cum laude or whatever the heck that is. You know what it was? You know what he said? Out of all the words in the entire universe, out of all the qualities, out of all the adjectives he could have picked, he said determination. He said, you cannot lack determination and make it as an entrepreneur. You just can't. So I want you to just Kind of take, take a deep breath. There's a lot of things pulling us lots of different directions as entrepreneurs. But I want you to know that, listen, you're in this community. You have the one quality within you that is unteachable. It's determination. You already have that. So can you just fricking give yourself a high five, pat yourself on the back? I don't know. Pour yourself a drink. and go, okay, I've got the most important thing, which is determination. I can learn the rest. You want to scale to 50 K months. You can learn that, but not if you don't have determination, you want to go from 50 K to a hundred K months. Easy peasy, but not if you don't have determination, you want to build a brand that's globally recognized that people are obsessed with that. Every time you launch a new collection, it sells out in minutes, totally in the cards for you. As long as you have determination. So I just want you to understand that's what this community is about. First of all, it's about me letting you know what's the real, real. Okay. What do we really need to know as entrepreneurs? What, what really are the things that we need to be focusing on and. And a lot of this is you. Okay. It's your personal development. People don't talk about that. People want to teach you how to make a viral hook. And, and, and so you think that that's the most important thing you need. Just go viral. But listen, that is such a tiny piece of this puzzle because to be unstoppable, you have to be a force. That is unethical. So when you do show up and something flops or something does great, you have the emotional intelligence to continue. Even when there's, there's things that aren't going your way because it's going to happen. All right. How many times did Elon Musk's rockets? flop over before he launched into outer space. How many failed launches have I had before doing 18k last week? Like it was nothing. Like I blinked and we did 18, 000. Okay, but it's the determination that's gonna keep you in the game. And he who stays in the game longest He who holds his energy, his unstoppableness, his unfuckwithableness the longest wins. That's it. So let go of the fact that you have to be, you know, an SEO whiz and you have to know exactly, you know, the perfect hook and you have to have a certain amount of followers and you have to have that, that, that fill in the blank. All the things that people are telling you, it's all learned. You can learn all that. And we learn all that here. We focus on strategy and tactics. I love teaching you that inside the membership. I love doing strategy inside glow up. We're working on strategy today with my glow up girlies, but you got to have the determination. I love you. Have an amazing day. Go fricking get them. Okay. Deep breath. Look in the mirror, tell yourself you got this. You already know you're a determined AF and now it's just time to put the pieces of the puzzle together. It doesn't have to happen overnight. Nothing great does. Okay. There's no such thing as an overnight success. Every overnight success that you know has taken 10 years to get there. Okay. It's just part of the perception. People want to think, Oh, they are an overnight success. They don't want to. A lot of blood, sweat, and tears leading up to that point.
