Welcome to the podcast. Hello everybody. Does someone have my jingle ready for this podcast yet or what? We need a little jingle in the beginning. Oh, right. First of all, I just want to say if you are one of my clients, you just got to hear it right now. I am. I am so obsessed with you guys. Even like outside of coaching hours. So you'll get random messages for me, but Hey, I just, it's because I'm obsessed with you. Anywho, I was able to see one of our lovely, amazing women inside trendsetter in real life tonight at the Dallas Mavericks game. And we were visiting. For a little bit. She was telling me a little bit about her store. We pulled her up on Instagram. I kind of took a quick look and I was like, I feel like I could like drastically change what's going on for her in like five minutes. So I was like, okay, let me give you like a quick little five minute talk here. Well, I thought I had five minutes, but then I got pulled away. So I wasn't even able to get into it with her. But as I was driving home, I was like, you know what? I'm going to do a podcast where I do like a little 10 minute, here's what you really need to focus on, like top to bottom. If you feel like you're, um, you're wanting to, you know, take your store to the next level. So you're already like, you know, maybe like she's going live every week. Okay. So maybe you're already going live. You're already posting content. You're already getting regular sales. You're committed to this. This is not a, you know, a side hobby. This is something that you really want to make a big business for yourself. You want to create a mega business, which is all, but I always say mega business over here, not a small business. We're creating mega businesses. And you feel like you're just having a little bit of trouble connecting the dots. Like you, maybe you're like hovering around 5k per month, 10k per month. And you want to get to like 50 plus K per month in sales. There's really not that much extraneous stuff. that I would focus on. And this actually like, it's just made me think of this. I'm just gonna throw this in here as well, but there's so many people on here that are in, I think they're in our industry. I don't know that they really like sell products on a daily basis. I don't know if they're just coaching. So I'm, I'm like a little bit confused. And I mean, listen, everybody has their own way of doing. So I'm not knocking anybody, but what I am like standing on my own hill about and what I think is really important is that you take a lot of radical responsibility for the results in your business and that you focus on the things that are actually going to make you a better, bomb ass unstoppable business owner. And in my opinion, this is not from doing like quick hacks. This is not from using AI. You guys know, I talked about that. This is not from like, you know, learning one quick viral hook or, you know, downloading like the top 10 top hundred viral hooks, whatever the case may be. Maybe I mean, we've all fallen for it before. Okay. Right. Cause we all think, well, maybe there's something out there that I don't know, or at least that's me. I am like a student. I love to be educated. I read all the time about everything that, you know, we are involved with as entrepreneurs from. strategic to mindset, to tactics, to you name it. I study it because I want to know, you know, what's available out there for me. But at the end of the day, it always comes back to these certain things that I'm going to talk about in this podcast anyways. But I do like to be educated and I do like to hear what other people do because I want to be able to not only make the best decisions for my own business, but to come on here and tell y'all the tea right here on the podcast. So here's what. If I had 10 minutes with you and I was going to look at your Instagram page, I pretty much know all my clients where they start. It's pretty much this, a very similar space. Some are very, very new, maybe not new to business, but new to this style of business. Um, but for the most part, most of my clients are kind of at like, they're kind of dealing with the same thing. So I can already picture what your Instagram feed looks Like if we haven't worked close together yet, and you're not really hitting those 20 K months yet, even though you are seeing traction, I already know pretty much what's going on in your business without even physically looking at your Instagram page because it kind of comes down to these three things that I'm going to break down in my little quick 10 minute tutorial to millions. Okay? Because literally this is what I want you to focus on. These are the big, the big dogs. This is the big situation when it comes to creating a business that is a mega business, not a small business. Okay, so let's get to them, right? You ready? You're paying attention. You, um, driving around. I don't know what you're doing, but get you a little like mental note if you can't physically take notes or save this episode so you can come back to it. And I don't want them to lose this incredible Community that we built on tick tock over 24, 000 strong. And I don't know what the frick is going to happen with that platform. So backup plan is Instagram, right? It's the, the new party. So alley. d. ceo on Instagram. Number one in our. three things that I'm going to try to do in under 10 minutes. Let's see what we've already. Okay. Well, we're already seven minutes in and we haven't even gotten to the juicy, juicy part yet. So number one in my 10 minute, a quick little, you know, podcast here on what you need to be focusing on. Number one, your ideal customer and niching down your target market. You guys know, I preach about this. I preach about it because it is literally the foundation of every single massively wildly successful business. This is not something that I made up. This is not something I say to make me sound cool. This is not something I say to make me sound like a, you know, expert or the authority in the situation. This is literally what it all comes down to when you're selling online and you want to learn how to blow up online. You have to make a direct connection to the people who are most likely to buy from you. You have to not zigzag, not swirl around, not, you know, go off the beaten path. You have to make a direct beeline for the people who are literally going to be obsessed with your stuff. You know this because you know the type of people that you can help. You know this because you know the products you're buying are perfect for them. So you make a beeline for them. You make the connection. You draw them in like a magnet. And then they go to your website at Dakar and check out time and time and time again. I mean, look at your own behaviors, right? When, when there is a store or a business that you connect with, it's like, you're going back there because you already know that they got what you need. And you, these days, like, we don't really want to waste a lot of time be bopping around looking for random stuff, especially online. Nobody's doing that. Like everybody online that's killing it is targeting their customer. That's why their customers quote unquote find them. This is not by happenstance. This is how organic marketing and paid marketing works. It's all goes back to targeting your ideal customer. So if you don't know your ideal customer, you can't scale. Okay. That's just the cold hard truth. So you've got to get this figured out. That's the first thing to be, you guys know I have podcasts on this. It's something that I is like. It's so important. It's another hill that I stand on that I don't care about SEO. I don't care about you doing paid ads. I don't care about any of that stuff to grow your business because what you need to do and what you need to know is who your target market is and how you help them. Period. End of story. Okay. Capisce. That's the first thing. The second thing I would tell you if I had 10 minutes in person with you and I was reviewing your socials really quickly. is I would tell you to work on your content strategy. So many times business owners think a content strategy is simply just showing up and posting pictures of their products on a daily basis. And though this is great because at least you're freaking posting and I applaud you for that. You get an A for effort for that. What's going to happen is this is eventually going to get really annoying. I'm just being honest because this style of content is not going to bring you that loyal fan base that's going to buy from you repeat after. or over and over and over again, right? Repeat business. Instead of posting products all the time or even just showing up and posting daily and feeling like you're not really getting anywhere because again, I know this is going to get annoying. You're going to get frustrated. You're going to get burned out. You're going to tell me, Allie, I'm posting every single day. I post content all the time. And I look and I'm like, okay, but yeah, it's content, but it's not doing its job. What content is supposed. to do is not just check off the box that, yeah, I posted on Instagram today or I posted on Facebook or I made my tech talk. So yay me. I'm a great business owner. That's not what it's for. It's not just to say like, well, I'm responsible. I'm posting on social media. What our content is meant to do is draw in strangers from our business and make them customers. Okay. One of my favorite things actually is when I'm working with like newer, um, boutiques or newer brands, and they're just getting started on this journey and they say, Switch over to the content strategy that I teach inside the membership and all my glow up girlies. We talk about it every single week because you get up close and personal coaching with me. So we work on this hands on for your business. The trendsetter content strategy. This is where I teach you how to take someone. from being a stranger on the internet to buying on your website. And one of the funnest things for my clients when let's say they're just, you know, kind of more in the beginner stages and just starting to figure out their content strategy is to go from literally like no sales except from friends and family, right? That's all they're getting friends and family, which is great. They're supporting them, but they know to build a mega business, you need more business than just your friends and family. Right. So they start using the trendsetter content strategy and most of the time, pretty fricking quickly they will get their first sale from a total stranger on the internet, usually a few weeks. So imagine if you were to learn that content strategy and go from, okay, I'm posting and I'm getting friends and family to Holy crap. I just got my first stranger that bought for me. That means you have built trust. That means your content strategy is doing its job because it grabbed a random person and took them on a customer journey. to where they watched your stuff. They fell in love with you. They went to your website. They saw exactly what they wanted and they were like, here, take my money. This is what your content's for. And when you nail this down, your content starts to work for you 24 seven in the background because you have your pieces of content that are magnet pieces, right? Your be seen content. Then you have your pieces of content that. build trust. This is more, a little more product based. And then you have your content that is buy from you content. Okay. The converting content, the content that's actually going to get someone to go, okay, well I, yes, I'm comfortable. Here's my credit card. Right. Cause at the end of the day, we're asking them to spend money with us. And if they're, if we're like totally a totally random store, what does everybody always think first? Like, is this a real store? Are they really doing business? Is this like, am I never going to see this a hundred dollars again? Right. Cause it's, super scary when you're giving your credit card online to someone random. So this is your content strategy. This is not showing up and posting every day. That is not a content strategy. That is you checking off of box. Once you learn how to show up with a real content strategy, this is going to feel like the whole game is changing for you. Okay. So that's number two in my, if I were to see you in real life, what I would tell you to do. Now, let's go to number three. Let's see what how much time we're at. OK, we're at 13 So we're going a little bit over today in my 10 minute thing here. Number three is your sales strategy. Okay, so number one was your target market, your niche. Number two is your content strategy. And then number three is your, say it with me, sales strategy. Yes. Okay. The sales strategy is built to help you continually be bringing home the bacon, making sales. Tasks that you do every day, every week, every month that can start bringing in reliable reoccurring revenue that is more predictable. So you can start to see and actually gather data on what's working and what's not working and then we can scale from this. You showing up randomly whenever you feel like it on, on social media or posting occasional IG stories. Stories of random stuff or, uh, maybe sending out an email to your email list once in a while. But you really don't want to bug them. So you just kind of like do it once in a while when you feel like it. Doing any type of sales when you feel like it is not going to be any kind of sales system that's sustainable. What a system means is that it's like an. actual process that's repeatable, right? By the way, are you seeing a theme here? What we want is repeatable because when we do things that we can repeat that work, we save ourselves a lot of time and a lot of heartache. This is why this 10 minute little speech that I'm giving here, is this a speech? I don't know, is so freaking potent because we eliminate all the fluff, all the things. that everybody wants to tell you is like the new hot thing you need to be doing to get sales. I want to give them like the middle finger from across the room. Not really. I'm feeling sassy tonight, I guess. But I want to tell them like, listen, that's not it. We know that's not it. That could be one piece of the puzzle. But if we don't have these other pieces done yet, that's not going to work either. And you're going to get pissed off because you're going to spend, you know, whatever money. Buying whatever thing that's you know being pushed as the next big thing for you to make a lot of sales And it's gonna be frustrating because they're gonna try it and it's not gonna work because you don't have these foundational pieces in place yet Your 10k 20k pieces. So your sales system has to be a strategy that you can repeat Every day every week every month and you know, why else this isn't so important Because this creates momentum when you're stopping go in your business like you post like four days in a row and then like You don't post for a week or you post like every day, but then like you don't send out emails But once a month or whenever you feel like it like you you really are like pushing on the pedal and then letting go Letting go, pushing, letting go, pushing, letting go. That's not momentum, right? That's stop and go. That's like being in traffic. It's really hard to get any momentum going for your business when you are stop and go. The whole key is just to like set the sucker on cruise control, right? And just go, Oh, this is great. Look, I'm gaining momentum. I'm gaining momentum. Here we go. Going a little faster now. Things are picking up because sales love momentum. You know what sales hates? It hates slowing down. It hates stopping. It hates no action. It hates indecision, but sales loves momentum and celebration and joy and fun. So you got to learn to have a. sales system in your business that is actually sustainable for you and your lifestyle. Like I don't want you to wake up in the morning and be like, Oh gosh, I got to figure out how to sell today. Like I want you to wake up in the morning and go, hell yeah. It's another day in a beautiful business that I have. created from scratch. Like here we go. Yeah, we're still refining things. Yeah. We're trying to make big things happen, but I'm here for the fricking ride. Let's go. That's the vibes that are, that are, I'm inviting you in glow up. If those are the vibes that you, you have, if you're the girl, that's like, I have to wake up and I have to have this thing. I don't have to do that. I'm not the girl for you. I'm here to support you. I'm here to tell you what you need to do, but you gotta be the one that's doing it. Right? So not a lot of hand holding, um, which, you know, my clients, they're not, they don't want my hands anyways. Oh gosh. They are, they are go getters. They are doers. They are trailblazers. They are trendsetters. They are just action takers. Messy action. That's been our. theme this week inside glow up. It's like, okay, let's take some messy action this week. Let's do the hard things, do the things that are holding us back. And you know what? Next week it's not going to be as fricking scary because you're going to be like, okay, I've already done it a few times. Now I get it. Now I'm getting better. Every day is a chance to get better. And that's what this is all about. So stop putting so much pressure on yourself every day. Okay. We just want to get better. Getting better is the goal. All right. I love you.
