Hi, welcome to the alley D show. Right now inside the trendsetter membership, we have been focusing on becoming unstoppable. So that has been the theme all month long and I've dropped multiple audio trainings. Where I'm unlocking some of the best secrets that I see. Seven figure CEOs, business owners, eight figures, billionaires use. In their businesses to make sure they, as the owner. Are setting themselves up to do all of the big bold moves you need to do when you want to do big business. Okay. Cause it's, it's one thing to have, you know, a business that's making five figure months. But when you, when you step into this whole. And other level and you have to unlock. These like really niche, characteristics and niche qualities. This can have a massive effect, no matter where you are in business. So whether you're, I don't know, making two to five K per month, you're kind of just getting started. Maybe you're doing 10 K 20 K per month. These qualities. All add up to some of the best ways for you to go for you to like fine tune who you are as a business owner. Because a lot of times we show up. We're just showing up as ourselves. On a whim. We've kind of, we are who we are, right? Maybe you're in your twenties. Maybe you're in your fifties, sixties. But you've kind of built up this person, this, the qualities, the, the standards that you have, the personality traits that you have, the habits that you have. And quite frankly, a lot of these habits or standards or mindsets or, um, thoughts that you have about yourself, limiting beliefs. Kind of keep you playing at the level that you're playing at. Unless you learn how to unlock, like the superstar powers. And that's what we're doing. Inside the membership all month long. And one thing we talked about earlier in January was improving upon this one very special quality because this one is like so golden and I'll go very in-depth in it, inside the membership. But I wanted to touch on it a little bit today to make sure that my girlies listening to the podcast. I understand, uh, about what it means to be unstoppable, which by the way, It doesn't mean fricking grinding 24 7 and hustling and, you know, blast and through walls and like, you know, being loud and out there, and actually being unstoppable is very strategic and even quiet. And even like super laser focused, it's a, it's a heightened sense of who you are and who you can be. To get the results that you want to get. Because if we keep playing small and again, this is not intentional, right? A lot of this crap you would never know unless you're a business owner, entrepreneur trying to make. Incredible results. Right? Most people don't want to do what you do or want to don't want to get the results that you want to get because they think it's not for them. Like it's. So outside of their realm, to think that they could be doing 50 K a hundred K in a month from their business, that they don't even really have to ever think about these qualities. Because it won't show up in their lives. But where we are today. And I know I've mentioned this a lot to you guys in the past couple of weeks, but I really want you to understand this where we're at. In this community is we want to build mega businesses. So to do that, we have to take care of ourselves because it's going to take a lot of us. It's not going to take. The the same us that we were five years ago or two years ago, or six months ago, starting our businesses, whatever the case is for you. You have to always be evolving as a person and always learning new skills that are going to make you better. As a business owner, they're going to allow you to show up. Every single day and in, and create incredible results for your future self. When you may have. No evidence right now that points to this actually happening for you. You have to have the, the guts, the stamina. To keep showing up day after day after day. And I, what I want to talk about specifically today is what I call the bounce back. This is one of my favorite trainings I've ever done. And again, the full thing will be inside the membership. But what it is. Is the bounce back is basically. The time between something goes awry for you. Maybe you have like, maybe you make a mistake. In your business, maybe you have like a quote unquote failed launch. Maybe, you know, you don't have as many people open your email as you want. Maybe. People aren't showing up at your store as much as you want. Maybe you have an argument with your spouse. Something puts you in a funk. Right. This happens to all of us. Okay. The faster you can snap out of that funk. The faster, you will get back to building momentum in your business. This is the bounce back time. Okay. We have to shorten that time. As much as possible when we want to have big, bold results. Okay. So, if you get in an argument with your spouse or a friend or someone leaves a weird comment and you get put into the funk. You gotta be able to snap yourself out of it and get right back in the game. Because so many times what happens is we let the funk linger. And when the funk lingers it funks up your entire momentum. And when your momentum is funked up, your sales are funked up. And your future self. Can't. Actually have the results happen that you want to happen because you're taking. Too long to recover. So the best business owners, you guys, this is real deal here. Okay. The best business owners. Have been able to shorten their bounce back time. To get back in the game. So instead of it taking, I don't know, you know, all day to get over an argument that happened in the morning before you left to your store. You get to your store, you close the chapter on that. And it's taking you, maybe, you know, An hour to get past it, right. Your commute getting there. You're like, wow. And then you go, Nope, I'm done. I'm done thinking about that because now it's time to focus on the business. And I know that the faster I can bounce back from a funk. The more momentum I create. Or maybe it's a failed launch. How many times have you had a failed launch? And I've had this in the past. Where you start second guessing everything. Next thing, you know, three days have gone by. You haven't posted on social media because you're in a pity party and you're just letting days and hours and minutes go by because you're, you're just wallowing in the fact that things didn't go the way they, that you planned. Guys, I can tell you how many times I've had things go. Not the way that I fricking planned. But I was able to very quickly recover. And move on. When you linger. You lengthen the bounce back time. And the faster you can, like, I would like you to actually reduce this to minutes. If you have a failed launch, you go, okay, well, things didn't go that way for me right now, but let me continue posting on IgE stories. Let me get on my feet. Have I gone live? Have I sent out an email about this? Let me actually talk to like my real life customers. Let me make sure that everybody knows what's going on. Let me post on my personal Facebook. Let me create momentum. For my business. Instead of being. Down in the dumps and wallowing in something. And by the way, this works the same with wins and this I was the queen of this. So if I have a big win. Or I used to, I'm better at this now, but when I used to have a big win. I would, I would think that that gave me permission to let my foot off the gas. Right. And what happens that slows the momentum down. You've created all this momentum. We have a great win. And then you kind of like, you know, um, tell yourself that you deserve, you know, to like slow down a little bit. And again, nothing is crazy hustle mode, but like lasers, like. And post on socials for a few days, you know, I could kind of like back off and get lazy or whatever the case may be for you. Okay. Where you just kind of let yourself slack a little bit. And you kill all this momentum that you created and now you get started all back up again and you go, wow. If I just would've just kept going, this would have been 10 times better than now. I'm having to recreate all this momentum again. That's also a bounce back. So when you have wins, we celebrate them. And we continue on. We don't celebrate them and take our foot off the gas. And then, you know, I don't know, just forget that you own a business for a few days. Okay. So this is one of those skills. And again, I go super in depth in this, inside the trends that our membership, or I really break down how this actually works for you in all the ways that this affects you and your business and all the things. And all month long. Like I was saying this month, we're focusing on you becoming unstoppable and it's through all of these. Different things like you probably never even really thought about that as a business owner. I know I didn't until I learned about it. And that's why I'm sharing it, sharing about it with you right now, because I want you to you to know about this. And I want you to understand that there's a lot of nuanced things that you need to learn in order to become the best business owner possible. It's not just about strategy. It's not just about content and what to post it's about. You. You are in the driver's seat, you are holding the reins. You cannot expect to have big, massive results without making big, massive investment in who you are. And how you're showing up. I don't even mean like investment, like investing money. I mean, like invest in yourself. Read books, listen to podcasts, study this stuff. Because this is what, like the one percenters do. They don't just show up at like the. The same people. They were the day they graduated college or the day they were born. They work on improving themselves every single day because they know that they are the most valuable asset that your business has. You are the most valuable asset. And personally, when I say something like things fall on your shoulders. I want you to feel empowered knowing that you are in control. It's not some like nerd guy. Bebopping on the algorithm somewhere and take talk land. Okay. Like. It's just it's it's you. It's you becoming confident in your content? It's you becoming confident as a business owner? It's you investing in your personal growth, your mindset, how you show up every day. Combating the old habits, the old you that doesn't serve you anymore, as you move on to 20 K 30 K 40 K months. Okay. You can't be the same person. That you are. At generating two K sales. And generating 20 K sales. There's going to be a massive growth there. So I'm just imploring you. To really understand that side of entrepreneurship because I wish someone would have freaking told me that. 10 years ago when I was getting started, I had no idea. I really didn't. And I nowadays I feel like it's better because there is a lot more information about, you know, having to have personal development and entrepreneurship and learning and growing as a person. It's not just about business strategy. It's about so much more. It's the whole person. Especially when you want this to be fun. Like you gotta learn how to create joy and fun. And that's a whole nother conversation for another podcast, but I want to remind you that please, you need to become unstoppable. You want this? Be on stoppable. Okay.
