Hello, welcome to the LED Show. Today we're gonna talk about a topic that really has been popping off for a lot of women that are inside mentorship and coaching with me. So I feel like I wanna bring this conversation here to the podcast because if they're feeling it, you're feeling it too. Because I, I tend to attract a very specific type of woman in our programs and in our community. We are women that. Really always are looking to expand and grow. We're not comfortable in the comfy, cozy. We'd rather be growing, expanding, scaling, serving to like the 10th, 10 x degree. And since we're like that, sometimes we can confuse certain things that are going on in our business or certain ways that we're feeling in our business. We can confuse it for the wrong thing or kind of what like normal people would think is going on, when in reality we're totally not normal. We're wild, we're out there, we're outta the box. We don't know status quo, like that's not in our vocabulary. So when we experience certain things in our business, we think it's one thing when in actuality it's a totally different thing. So today specifically, I wanna talk about how you may feel like you're a little bit stuck. In your business, you may feel like, I don't know, like kind of like you've plateaued or you can't quite figure out how to get to the quote unquote, next level. You've been generating sales, you've been doing well, and your products have been selling, but something feels off and you feel like maybe I'm just like stuck. I'm kind of stuck here, like I don't really know what to do, but what I wanna tell you is what's actually happening, which is so exciting, is you're not stuck. You're just outgrowing the business owner that you used to be. Whoa. So you are literally not stuck. You're just out growing the business owner that you used to be. And here's the deal, when you started this business. You like. We are very thankful of her. She went all in. She's scrappy. She's resourceful. She's very like, I will figure this out mentality. You got this sucker off the ground literally from scratch. You built this business from zero. And what I was actually telling some of the women inside the my VIP group, which is so freaking amazing in VIP, that's where you get to work weekly with me. Every single Tuesday we have coaching in a small private group inside Telegram, and it is just these women are just fricking transforming their lives. Every Tuesday. It's insane. Like every Tuesday I'm like, oh my gosh, here we go again. Like it's just these up levels that occur. And what I was telling them was like. The women in our community, like even if we're starting from zero, we don't start at like everybody else's basic zero. Like starting from zero for us is very different because of the type of women that we are. We're like elevated. Like if I started a business from zero right now, I know that I could make it scale and take off very quickly because of not just like the skills that I have. Yes, the strategy is great and it's important, but because of who I am and how I move. And how I activate and how I take action. And it's the same thing for you. Like, you know this about yourself too. Like you've always been the type that if you're starting something, like you will get it off the ground, but this version of you like this scrappy, like, like can do it girl. We do eventually outgrow her. And then it's like, okay, I'm not just here to sell my products anymore. I'm not just here to move product like I am ready to build something iconic, something that stands out, something that's different. And a lot of times, like we don't really get what's going on. This is kind of like deep down inside what we, what we're feeling is like, we're feeling like we're stuck or we're feeling like we don't know our next move. But in actuality. It's not being stuck, it's not being confused. It's not being like, not sure where to turn. What this is indicating is it's time for you to evolve. It's time for you to step into the next level of who you are as a business owner. And again, it's not like, you know. We're saying like, goodbye, farewell to our old selves. In a way we are, but we're appreciative of that woman that brought us here. But now we know like, okay, we're in a position where we need to evolve. It's done with the feeling of just trying to like make it work. I'm gonna figure it out. I'm gonna make this work. We love that in the beginning, but now we have to be done with that to go to next level to get you outta this place. So instead of like, I'm just gonna make this work now, it's like, okay, I'm ready to run my business like a legit business. Because at first, like the first year, two years, three years, first six months, we're just out here trying to survive. But there comes a place when it's like, eh, this feels sticky to me. Now this feels like I'm kind of like. This is a bad analogy, but you're like kind of stuck on a mouse trap where like your feet are stuck in the glue and you're like trying to push forward, but you're like, I don't know what's holding me back. It's this feeling of it's time to evolve in instead of just making it work. Now it's time to show up with vision. It's time to show up with power. It's time to show up with a presence of here we freaking go. And it's kind of saying goodbye to like the duct tape strategy that's brought you here, which I love this analogy. I love saying this to my clients. It's like, okay, we had the duct tape, like we could fix everything, but, uh, but like we're done with having duct tape all over our business. It's time to rip it off and have real systems, real strategy and treat this thing like it deserves to be treated.'cause if you wanna grow a seven figure business. It's not gonna be held together by duct tape. It's gonna be held together by solid work foundation bricks. Structure systems. A a seven figure business can be built upon this mentality, but to go to the next level, it's time to get the duct tape down and it's time to do the real construction. Right. And that's why my clients hire me to come in to be the contractor and to go, okay, I see what you've done here, but it's a little bit amateur. You know, if we're calling ourselves out with love here, it's a little bit amateur. Now it's time to bring in the pro you. So you want strategy Now that scales, you want your business to capture attention and you also. You also need to grow your mindset in a way that you don't kind of crack or crumble under pressure. You know, that feeling of like, oh, I don't know. Like, you kind of get stuck in your mind, drama, your mind games, and it, it really does affect you stepping into this next u. It means saying goodbye to that mindset. It's saying ra to the mindset that breaks under pressure or crumbles easily. You have to build like an army of yous inside your mind. I love this. It's like, think of an army and it's like frontline, okay, you're a little tired. Who's next? Up front line? Next up, like what weapon do you have? Oh, you have like, you build this armory inside of you. That way we can say goodbye to these messy hustle days. Goodbye to the days that things were a little wild and all over the place. Yes, they serve their purpose. Yes, we're grateful for them. Yes, we love this woman, but now it's time to say thank you, but we need to evolve your next level. Requires you to show up differently and to act differently in your business. You cannot be the same person and expect different results. And what I want this to do is I want this to feel extremely empowering to you. I want you to really understand, and this is something that advanced business owners seven figure business owners learn. And it's why I'm passing it on to you right now, so you can know it right now, and it doesn't take you 10 years to figure this out. Okay? But the advanced business owners understand that knowing the results in are in their hands should not feel like a weight on your shoulders. It should feel empowering. You should be like, yes, I can control my results. And as long as I continue to plug into me, develop me in my skills, my mindset, my strategy, my energy, my goals, my my ugh, my everything. As long as I continue to work on growing and improving and scaling that it's, it's the whole picture. It's not just what's the strategy, what's the strategy, what's the hook? What's the Instagram post? What's the Facebook Live? What time do I post? What? Like, that's a teeny, tiny whittle, tiny little piece of it. The most effect on your business is you and how you develop as a leader. So again, this new you. This new you is not as scrappy. She's not as, you know, just duct taping her way to more sales. She's a CEO. She's a leader. She's a trend setter. This is what our programs are about. This is what being a trendsetter is about. It's not about finding like the trendiest product to sell. It's about your development as a leader, leading your company, leading your business, leading your team, leading your family, leading your health, leading your mindset, leading you again. The best and most successful seven figure business owners understand that their business results are a direct reflection of where they are as a person and as a leader. So if you want to level up your results, take a look in the mirror and how you are approaching working and business and struggle or challenge anything that you face. Are you letting yourself get caught up too much in some mind drama over there. I mean, we're human. This happens. But the more advanced you get at this, the more you can shut it down way fast. Like you may be the type of person right now, like if you have a sale that flops. Like, it's gonna bug you for a couple weeks. You're like, oh, I put so much energy into that. You know, I, I had like all the pictures taken, I had all my posts planned, and it was just a total flop and oh my gosh. And like, it could take you a couple weeks to get over that. But the skilled trendsetters, the skilled seven figure business owners are like, okay, that sale didn't go the way that I was planned. Like, game on what's next? It's the bounce back period, and I talked about this a little bit in January inside the membership, and it's one of my favorite trainings. But this period of when you say like you have a challenge or an issue that comes up, and how quickly you can bounce back from that, the shorter that timeframe is, the more your business is gonna explode. Because just think about it, if you spend two weeks to get over any little thing that doesn't go your way. That's two weeks less. You have to push forward and continue to build momentum, but if it takes you like two hours or two minutes, like for me, it's two minutes. Like if I plan something and it goes awry and it does not go the way that I want, I give myself two minutes. Two minutes to go, uh, whatever. Get it out. We're human. We have emotions. We're not robots. We're not just out here going, nothing bothers me. Like, yes, we get bothered and that's okay, but how long do you stay bothered? Do you wanna be chasing every single sale or do you wanna be making 20 5K in a week in sales? These are the mindset tweaks we have to go after. So it's not. That you're stuck. It's not that you, you know, are, you know, don't know your next moves or what's, what's, why am I plateauing? Why are things not expanding and growing? It's this, you're not stuck. You're just, you've outgrown where you've been, and this to me is an amazing indicator of like, it's game on Let's freaking go. Don't dilly dally. Don't ignore this either. If you're like, uh, maybe I'm just burnt out. I don't know. No, you're burnt out because you've outgrown where you need, like where you've been and where you need to go. You've outgrow your current experiences, your current place of business, your current place as a human. So you know you want so much more out of your life, out of your business. And you're only stuck there because you think, oh, I guess this is normal in business. And it's like, yeah, but the next move is for you to come out of that, a whole new woman. And this evolution happens time and time and time again. And I am in a place right now where I am going through evolutions like every three days. Because the business is expanding so fast. So I literally, like I tell my mentor every day, I am like, well, we're at another level now. Because I'm having to experience and move through things. And like, you gotta move through'em. You gotta learn, you gotta grow and, and your evolution right now to your next level is a big one.
