Today's episode is gonna be a little bit different. I'm going to be dropping in an audio drop that I just did inside Million Dollar Moves. We actually don't start the challenge officially until Tuesday, October 7th. But if you know me and you're and you join any of my programs, like even before we start officially, I like to get things going. So we've already got the group chat going. I'm dropping audio trainings and messages. And this is one of the things that I actually just dropped into the channel, into the Telegram channel. So what happens is million dollar moves will be hosted. It's free, by the way. It's a free four-day training. But this was kind of like something that I wanted to bring up inside of the million dollar moves free training space because I want you to understand and really start to learn what it means to set goals for your business and how to actually make these goals happen. Because I think so many times people are like, oh, I just want to, you know, be able to build an incredible business or a boutique or a brand where I'm doing like 10k per month in sales. I want to quit my nine to five, I want to retire my family. And like you have all these big things and hopes and dreams, and like, great, that's step one. But there is also some very clear, actionable steps you will need to take to make your goals happen. So that's what I'm gonna be breaking down in this voice note that I'm gonna uh drop in right here. So I what I the way that I kick it off is I'm talking about how I want to build a$10 million brand. I want Al ED to become a$10 million brand. Okay, this is a big stretch for me. It's a big new goal. I also want to do$250K in sales in the month of January. I'm also getting ready to do, I don't want to spoil it, okay? So let me just drop the audio message in here. He just decided to get loud when I decided to make a voice note to you. But I was just thinking about something and I wanted to come in here and share with you guys. I'm sitting on my front porch and I was doing a little, kind of like mapping out what the rest of my year is gonna look like, which it's already so jam-packed for the business and the brand, and then also what 2026 is gonna look like and some pretty freaking wild goals that I have set for myself. Two big, big ones. One is that I'm committed to building a$10 million brand, a$10 million company, which is wild to say out loud. Um, I'll get more into that in a second, and then also um doing$250,000 in sales in the month of January. So doing a quarter million dollars of sales in January. So those are two obviously huge goals. I do not take lightly at all. And it has taken me a long time to be able to actually verbalize those goals. But here's what I want you to understand: a couple of things. When it comes to setting goals and thinking about like what the fourth quarter is gonna look like for you, because we're about to enter, you know, holiday season, retail season. It's the busiest time of the year for anybody that sells physical products, like this is go time. So as we start to head into, you know, the next three months and even you know, next week we'll be working together. I want you to just kind of you know start thinking about this a little bit. So when it comes to setting goals, it doesn't really matter what what dollar amount it is. Like you could just be starting. Some of you haven't even started your store yet. Some of you maybe have recently started and aren't quite seeing the sales that you want and still trying to figure this thing out. And your goal may be I want to do$1,000 in sales, you know, for the next three months each month. I want to do$10,000 in sales. You know, let's say like for the month of December, I want to do$15,000 in sales, whatever the case may be. The first thing to getting you to this goal, and this is gonna sound a little bit woo-woo, but I know from personal experience and like every um high-level entrepreneur, seven, eight, nine-figure business owner that I've been around, worked with, interviewed, is that you have to first start like saying the goal, right? Saying it out loud. It's like me. When I said the other day I'm in Instagram stories, I'm gonna build a$10 million brand. I was like, whoo, I did the little, oh, this feels weird, you know, like I don't know if I can say it, because it's just so many things come up, right? Like, I don't know if I can do it, what's so-and-so gonna think, like just all these thoughts. Again, it doesn't really matter the dollar amount, just enter whatever that is for you. It may just be like, I want to quit my nine to five and make 10 grand per month doing what I love, which is selling my own products. When you start to verbalize it, what happens is this crazy thing happens, right? You start to like put yourself in the the space to make the moves that will actually make this a reality for you. So, for example, when when I said the other day, like I want to build a$10 million brand, and I said it out loud, first of all, you kind of have to get comfortable in your skin. You gotta like regulate to that level of success. You have to say, okay, if I want to do$10,000 in, you know, November, what does that feel like? Because immediately your body is gonna go and it's gonna want to keep you safe and comfortable, thanks to, you know, we're be we're humans, and that's just what we're trained to do. We're we're trained to be safe. That's you know what our natural state is, is like always just what is scary and what is safe. What is scary and what is safe. And so many people always go back to the what is safe because their body feels like, ah, there, comfy, cozy, right? But when you step out of your safety zone and you say something like, I'm gonna do 10K per month in sales, and your body freaks out, it does everything in its power to pull you back into its safety zone. So, what your job is is to normalize that new goal of yours, right? And start saying it more. Like say it out loud, go to bed, you know, say, I can't wait till I'm doing 10K per month in sales, like and you know, maybe say it to someone. That's really scary. You know, you gotta start writing it down, doing things where you're like getting your body and your mind comfortable with this idea. That's like first and foremost. And then the next thing you'll see happening is you'll start doing things naturally that are going to get you to that level. Now, if you're still playing small and you're still saying, oh, I don't know, I'm just like, I'm I'm just doing a few hundred dollars in sales or I'm just getting sales now and then, and I don't know how to grow, and you're not really saying, okay, yeah, but I want to do X, Y, and Z and claiming that, you'll never put yourself in the position to actually get those goals to happen. So you'll still just stay in forever safe land, even though you don't want to, right? We all want to be gazillionaires, but there's a method to the madness. It's not just saying, you know, like in your brain once in a while, or, you know, maybe like, oh, I hope, I hope this works out. No, it's like the declaration, the Dululu comes in again, right? It's like, I am going to make this the most insane, successful, wildly known brand or business or boutique that I possibly freaking can. And then once you make that declaration, you'll see things will start to pop up and you will start having a little bit more confidence than you realize because now your body is getting a little more comfortable with the idea of you actually doing this, right? And getting out of the comfort zone. And that's the whole thing. So now that I've said like I want to build a$10 million brand, probably like eight to ten times this week, it feels a little bit more like doable. The first time you say it, it's like, what in the tarnation is going on? But now it feels like, oh, okay, a little bit more like I got this, right? And so then what I noticed is things started to happen to make this all like propel forward, like stepping out of my current comfort zone, right? Because even though we're doing six figures a month, I'm still in a comfort zone. And every level you grow and you grow and you grow, you get into a new comfort zone. So you have to say, what is the thing that's gonna bust me through? And obvious oftentimes you don't know until the thing happens and you're like, oh, you can look back, oh, that's what was getting me out of my comfort zone. I get it now. So a few things for me was like I remember last week on Friday, some of you may have heard this on the podcast. If you listen to it, if you don't know, I have a podcast called The LED Show, and it's all about growing your business, your product-based business. So go listen to it if you haven't had a chance to yet. But I talked about how I was um driving through town and saw a billboard that was available. And I've never in a million years thought I would have a billboard with my brand on it. But what happened was I started to normalize myself with the big guys in like my industry, it's like Wrangler, cinch, like these big Western companies, right? Because that's my niche. And I was like, wait, if Wrangler has a billboard, why can't I have a billboard? Like if I want to build a$10 million company and I want to do things that I've never done before, like one of those things is getting my frickin' brand on a billboard, right? Another thing was we did um nine million views in the last 30 days on our Instagram. Like things things just start happening, hundreds and hundreds of new followers in the last 30 days, and it's like the the beginning of this crazy momentum. Oh, and then also, also just a side note, but not really, I'm gonna be opening up the first like Alley D store, brick and mortar. I've had brick and mortar stores before, but not like for me and my brand. So that is a freaking huge thing that I put into motion. I'm hiring like the most incredible um merchandiser out of Dallas. She runs my showroom there. She also merchandises for like Neiman's and Nordstroms and does all their windows and displays and everything. She's gonna come down here, she's gonna like build the most incredible, unique LED brand space the world has ever seen, where it's just like a destination for people to come and experience, and it's gonna be so epic. And so none of that would have been put into motion though, if I didn't like, I just want to tell you if I didn't step out of my comfort zone and say, I want to build a$10 million company. Because listen, I built the this the seven-figure company. I built, you know, we've done millions, but we haven't done 10 million, and I don't even want to say eight-figure, eight-figure still feels safe, okay? But when you say$10 million, that shit just feels wild to me. And so I was able to do that. And once I did, all these other things started put going into motion, right? The momentum starts to build almost for you when you declare what you want. So I say this all to say on a Saturday take a minute today, tomorrow, before we start the challenge, and really think about what do you want? What do you want? Do you want to build, you know, a huge seven-figure brand? Do you want your boutique's name on billboards? Do you want your brand on billboards? Or do you want to just, you know, pit or patter along? Right? You don't want to pit or patter along. I already know that. So it's getting a little windy, so I'm gonna switch over here to the carport. But that is really the message that I wanted you to have today is just to continue to think about your goals, start saying them, write them down. I'm telling you, when you say them out loud though, there's nothing like that. That will whip your your booty right into shape because you realize, oh, if I want to do, you know, for example, again, 10k per month in sales, and I'm just like posting three to four times a week on social media, and I'm like maybe sending out an email once in a while. I'm not even trying to grow my list actively, like I really don't have anything planned for Black Friday or the holiday season yet. I'm I haven't even like thought about what that like if if you see that is not connecting, right? Because how are you gonna build a$10,000 per month brand if you're not doing all the things that need to get you there? So that's why it's so important to just make sure you're aligned with your goal and your actions, and it'll all naturally happen. It will naturally happen for you if you first start making the declaration and really living in it. And another thing I say too, and I'll wrap this up because I know it's getting long, but another thing I say is you can start to visualize, like, visualize what your day looks like at the woman that's doing 10k per month in sales. Like, what does your day look like, right? Like, are you buzzing around a store, a brick and mortar? Are you like in your warehouse? Are you, you know, waking up and getting stuff done, then going to your nine to five and then creating content on the weekend? Are you doing lives like multiple times a week? Are you sending out like six, seven, eight emails a week? Like, what does that look like for you? Are you growing your list by hundreds of subscribers every single month? Like, start, start, just start visualizing this stuff, okay? I love you. Have a great day.
