Welcome And Episode Promise
SPEAKER_00What's up? Welcome to the Ally D show. Oh my gosh, first of all, I just want to say there are so many new listeners to the podcast. So if you are new here, welcome. I'm so excited to have you. This is the place where we talk real talk about exactly what it takes to grow and scale your product-based business. There is no gatekeeping. I do not hide anything. I am a full, I just want to use the word exposed, but that that feels weird. I'm fully exposed when it comes to fully transparent. How about we say that instead of exposed? Fully transparent when it comes to what it actually takes to grow and scale your business. And this is actually exactly why I'm recording today's episode. This is a perfect segue because today's episode is called Five Obvious Signs. You're actually on track to build a wildly successful business. Even if it doesn't feel like it yet. And for some of you, you're gonna hear these five things and you're gonna go, Oh, yeah, I've noticed that is a shift I've been making, or that is something that I'm seeing right now. I'm telling you, these are the obvious signs that you are about to blow the frick up. So you better hold on to your pants because things are about to get crazy for you in a really, really good way. And if you are not feeling these things, these are some of the things that I want you to think about will be changes that you will need to make in order to have success in your business. Okay. So let's just get right into it. And by the way, these are coming from from like real true experience, my real life. As someone who's built multiple million dollar companies in the product-based business world in your industry, these are things that I see not only happen to me, which it's like almost like I'm going down a trip down memory lane here, but also these are the things that I see happening with my clients that I'm currently working with, and I'm like, ooh, she's about to blow up. And the next thing you know, it happens because I know these little signals, these little like beacons of light that are out there that are signals to me that things are about to get really, really good for you. So I just want to share them here so you can be sure that you're like, this is juicy, this is something that's going on for me, or this is something I want to happen, but these will have to happen for you to be successful, okay? These are like non-negotiables. So the first one is that you are over keeping up with social media trends. Okay. So if this feels like you and you are just like, I'm over keeping up with the social media trends, I am not vibing with that anymore. But let me tell you, let me do a little like prerequisite here. This is for the people that are currently posting on the regular, okay? So if you are, you've been posting regularly for six months to a year, you're in, you're doing the content thing, you have a content plan, like you are showing up and you are creating content, and you're starting to feel that like ugh, social media trends really annoy me. And I actually like, I don't even care about them. If this is something that you've been thinking, ooh, this is a really good sign. So basically, you start to feel genuinely annoyed by viral hacks, by trending audios, by doing freaking dumb things. It all sounds the same, it all looks the same, everybody's doing it, and that is irritating to you. That is a great sign. This means that you are about to shift into creating content that is so freaking dialed in for your ideal customer, they are going to buy on repeat. This is when you actually stop watering things down and you start creating content that does its job. This is a really, really big one because how long have we been like ingrained in our brains to where it's like, oh, just follow the trends, be consistent, like look what's trending in your niche and do that and blah, blah, blah. And it's like, you know, maybe that's okay when you're getting started just to get over the mind drama of like, I don't even know what to post. I'm not saying that's like horrible, but what I'm saying is if you're about ready to grow and explode your online store, you're over this. You're done with that, and you're ready to just start creating content that feels way more authentic and genuine to you. I was actually just having a private call with a client, and she is so incredible, and she brings so much authenticity and like real realness to her page. And it's why she's had so much success very quickly, because she immediately dove into not giving an F about viral trends or social media hacks, but only showing up in a way that feels 1 million percent authentic to her and the people that she wants to attract and the people that she believes will buy and love her products. And she has had insane success really quickly because she was able to block out all the noise. Now, what I told her is she's a rare unicorn. Most people, 99.9%, okay. Literally, most people cannot do that. Most people cannot block out the noise of all the gurus and everything going on, everyone pushing all these things, okay? But what I'm telling you is eventually you do start going. I'm so tired of hearing about this like seven-second real, like this is the hook you need to use thing. And you will start having your own thoughts that make sense for you, your business, and your customer. And this is the best freaking thing ever. So I'm really excited. That's the first one I want to talk about. Number two, this goes like a little bit with number one, but you're actually starting to get less stressed out about what to post and less stressed out in general about posting. So specifically, what this means is you know, when you go to press that little red button and like, especially in the early days, every single time you press the red button, which was to record on TikTok, or like the publish button on Instagram, your like nervous system goes like, ooh, I don't know if I want to press publish, and you get that like feeling that like that overwhelms you, that rush, right? That starts to diminish. And posting on social media just becomes more of your real true business and sales strategy, and way less like instant gratification, rush of dopamine, nerves up the wazoo. That starts to go away more and more and more. So it's not like you're getting so stressed out and spiraling into this like crazy thing every single time you you go to post. Like now it's just part of your day, right? There's no drama around it, it's part of your day. You want to build an online store that's wildly successful. Guess what? You gotta freaking show up online every single day. Like that's the bare minimum, right? Like we want to sell our products online, we cannot be scared to show up online. And for some of you, I'm telling you this lovingly because I know a lot of you are scared to show up online, but what it takes to be successful is you have to get over that. And how do we get over that? By doing the reps, by doing it every single day. And what's gonna happen is less and less and less you're gonna feel feel weird and cringe and eh about posting, and it's gonna become more and more normal everyday life. And every single post is not gonna be so dramatic. Like, oh, I have to have this be perfect and that and the di-d-d-da. It's like, no. We're posting with the plan and we're moving on with our day, right? And this is a really good thing. Like, once you notice that you're becoming less and less stressed out about posting and it's just part of the regular process, this is a signal to me that you're taking content seriously and it's part of your business day, which means that the results are going to skyrocket because you're putting yourself out there, you're not letting your mind drama get in the way, you're not doing too much judging, you're not so stressed out about what to post, you're just posting what you know works. And again, this comes from experience. You cannot magically have this happen if you're not posting every day. And that's why I always say the more you post, it's not about right now, like just posting for sales. If you're just getting started or you're in the early stages of content, the posting is more for you as the business owner to learn how the frick to do this. Because otherwise, it's gonna take you way, way longer. If you're posting once or twice a week, you guys, it's gonna take you 10 million times longer to learn how to do content than if you just suck it up and post every day. So if you're at that stage, the posting is about you growing. The rest takes care of itself. Like the customers will customers will find you, the sales will come, but you have to be the one that's like, I am done with this mind drama of me feeling like so much stress about posting, and you just show up and you freaking do it. So, can you make a promise to me that you're gonna show up and just post and lessen the mind drama? Because I know that this is one of the pillars of success, it's on the horizon for you. Once you hit this mark and you're like, I get it, posting is part of my life. You got something good cooking. Okay, number three. This is probably my favorite transformation that I saw not only with myself, but with my clients as well. And it is so good. And I'm just I'm just relishing, I'm remembering this when I realized this was happening for me, and when I when I see it happening for my clients, and they come into my my like telegram and we're chatting, and they're like, Allie, like today, today was a really good day so far. And the reason why is it's this number three, you don't wake up every day in panic mode anymore. Let me just tell you, there will be a day when you do not wake up, immediately reach for your phone, you've got that pit in your stomach. You're like, I wonder if anyone bought anything overnight, or if my social media did well, or if like my mom just like my post again, right? You have this like anxiety that consumes you when you wake up in the morning. There is a day that goes away. Can you believe that? There is a day where you will not wake up and immediately feel that way. And instead, what you're gonna do is you're gonna wake up, you're gonna go, oh, it's such a beautiful day. I love my customers, I love my business. I'm gonna get up, I'm gonna put my workout outfit on, I'm gonna go for a hot girl walk and like drink some electrolytes, I'm gonna get my face in the sun for a few minutes, I'm gonna have a good morning, I'm gonna set myself up for success. Like, you approach your days totally differently when you're about to blow up. Because you understand, and I I keep saying this, but I was actually having a conversation this morning inside the mastermind with a woman who was experienced this exact thing. And I was like, this is the thing. You, as you become a better business owner, you start to understand that you're only as good as your personal growth. So, I mean, I'll talk about this a little bit more, but waking up and not feeling panicked and knowing the strategies and knowing what it actually takes to succeed and generate sales, this is a beautiful place to live. You're gonna understand that you trust the process. You're gonna get it, that you're in it for the long haul, and not everything has to happen overnight. You're gonna trust your solid sales strategy, that it's in place to do the heavy lifting, and that you don't have to wake up every morning and go, what am I gonna do today to get sales? Those days subside. Listen, I'm not gonna say every day is like perfect and like you're gonna have this like, you know, perfect life and perfect whatever, but our goal is always working towards better, right? We want things to be better, to feel more fulfilling. We don't want to wake up panicked every single day. Ew. Listen, have I been there? Yes. Have we all been there? Yes. Is it fun? No, it freaking sucks. Okay. But I'm telling you that there is a day where this doesn't happen. And and maybe it's just one day. In the next like 10 days, you're gonna go, wait a second. I woke up and I felt like a little more like I had my shiz together, like I have things under control. This is a sign, guys. So pay attention to it. All right, number four. Number four is such a good one, too. You stopped playing the comparison game. Okay. This and this also may surprise you. Like, you may go, oh my god, I just realized I haven't been watching other people's content and like stalking what I think I should be doing, and like I'm not comparing myself as much as I used to. This is a very good sign. Again, you're not constantly watching what everyone else is doing or questioning yourself every single time someone else posts like a sale or a win or something better than you. You're more focused on just building your own brand, your own messaging, your own business for your customers. You don't have freaking time to worry about what everybody else is doing because you got your priorities straight. And the effort and the time that you have, you want that mental attention and that mental space focused on things that actually help you grow. Because comparison does not. Comparison puts you in a space of lack. Like, I don't have what they have. They're better than me. They're doing better. They're and which, by the way, number one, we don't freaking know what their numbers are and if they really are doing better, because a lot of people lie online. Number two, which I actually had someone come into my DMs and tell me the other day, this crazy story about this store that they followed that they thought was like amazing. And it turns out like they had, you know, they weren't shipping orders and like people were complaining, and like it was this whole drama around this store that on the facade on the Instagram highlight reel looked like they had it all together, and they were a freaking hot mess. Get your brooms because it's a mess around here. That's what they were. Okay. So that's number one. First of all, things aren't always what they seem. But number two, you don't even have time to scroll and watch what other people are doing because you are so dialed into your business and your own messaging and your own thing. And this goes back to authenticity, knowing who your customers are and showing up for your business where that is the only focus. This is a really big one. So stopping playing the comparison game again, sometimes it surprises you, like especially if you're someone who used to get really like wrapped up in what other people are doing, and you're gonna go, oh wait, like, why? Oh, I I haven't even seen so-and-so's content in a while. I wonder what they're up to, right? Because you're not even watching it anymore. So the algorithm stops showing you. This can be a surprise to some people. And for some people, this is a um intentional switch that they flip off and they wake up one go one day and they go, I'm turning off the switch of the comparison game because I don't want to anymore. So some people it happens behind the scenes organically, and other people they actually make the decision of, I don't want to play the dumb comparison game anymore. I'm freaking over it. Right? Either way is fine. We don't care, but the point is if you've stopped playing the comparison game or you're you definitely like drastically realize like it's not part of your, it's not part of your doom scrolling anymore, this is a really good sign, my friend. And the last one, this kind of go went back a little bit on um number, what number was that? Number three about the panic mode, but number five is a huge one. And this one again makes me chuckle because so many of you are gonna go, oop, that's me. Okay, so number five is you start to focus more on your own personal growth. Because at this point, when your business is about to blow up, you've got a basic understanding of the foundations of what it takes to build a business. You know your ideal customer, you know what you need to do to sell every day, you know what type of content you need to make. And the only thing standing between you and your next level is you guessed it, sister, you. You looking in the mirror. That woman must also grow as a human being to take you to your next level. So the funny thing is, and I love talking about this with my clients too, because I see this happen for them, and I'm like, there is this wild moment where you all of a sudden be in become interested in your own personal development. And you're not gonna know where it comes from because you may you maybe could have given two shizzes about your own personal development, like all the way up until this point in your life. And then all of a sudden you're like, oh, I don't know, that book sounds kind of interesting on growth, or that book on, you know, um how to, you know, have better habits or whatever. Like all of a sudden these these things become interesting sounding to you that you never in a million years would have cared about learning. So what you what I'm telling you here is you instinctively know that who you are as a woman that got you to this point is not gonna be who's gonna get you to the next level. Remember, your business is only as good as you as a businesswoman, as a, you know, your personal development, your self-development, that all has to be aligned to take you to your next level. And if this sounds a little woo-woo to to you right now, you're probably not ready for this. But if you're going, if you're nodding your head and going, oop, yep, then you get what I'm saying, right? And either way, if you're not ready for this yet, that's totally cool. You will one day have this happen to you because all the best do. Literally, this again, this is from personal experience, from everybody I've worked with, from all of the like major people that I've interviewed or been around, they always have this moment where things like your health, your certainly your mental health, what you're putting in your bodies, your nutrition, how you're treating yourself, that kind of becomes like interesting to you, which maybe like you're living on Diet Coke and granola bars, and then all of a sudden you're like, oh, maybe I should like have some protein in my life. Now you're researching breakfast with protein. Now, okay, these are all indicators that you're ready to shift who you are as a person. So you you realize, like, hmm, this is interesting. I'm interested in taking care of myself more. And the other thing is you now realize that your sanity becomes a priority. Which before you were fine just like being chaotic 24-7, but now you're like, I cannot go to the next level if I am running a business and living my life from a chaotic standpoint. Because you've probably reached your max with your time, with your sanity, with everything. Your family, your friends, everyone's like, girl, right? You cannot get any better until you handle this stuff, right? Until you start to eliminate chaos and bring in structure. And even though we're entrepreneurs and we love to like do what we want to do when we want to do, we also gotta have structure to be super successful. Structure and discipline. So this, you focusing on your personal growth has a profound effect on your business results. You guys, profound. Way more than any freaking strategy hack I could ever teach you. This again is a priority for the women whose stores and businesses are about to blow the frick up. So that's what I want you to understand. If you have felt any of these five things, the five things of Bruin, should I recap them for you just so you can go, mm. Okay, number one, you're keeping up with social media trends. I'm sorry, number one, you're over keeping up with social media trends. Okay, you're over it. Number two, you're less stressed out when it comes to posting every day. Number three, you don't wake up in panic mode every single day anymore. Number four, you stopped playing the comparison game. And number five, you're weirdly starting to notice that you want to focus on your own personal growth. These are all major signs. Obvious to me, maybe not obvious to you, because you're just like, oh, I'm just, you know, but it's very obvious to me that there's about to be some big things happening for you in your business, okay? So just take a minute today or tomorrow or even this week to just reflect on these few things as you're waiting patiently for the next episode to drop. But I really want you to walk away from this episode with something valuable and some actions that you can think about right now. Okay, this is not fluff. I want you to think about these five things and go, where in my life am I starting to experience this? Have I started? Have I not started to experience these things yet? That's an indicator that you are in a like a very um, like a space that you want to pay more attention to how you're showing up for your business, okay? Because these things need to be in place for you to hit that next level. They do. So I hope this episode was so helpful to you. By the way, I have gotten so many DMs from you. Again, you guys just telling me how much you love this podcast. So thank you so much for listening. I literally love hearing from you. So do not think like that I'm not a real person or whatever. I don't know. DM me on Instagram. It's at Ali.d.ceo. Okay, make sure you go to that page. That's my coaching page. DM me there. Let me know you're listening. And a lot of you have actually been asking me about the mastermind, the trendsetter mastermind. So if you're interested in working with me every single week on growing your business, it is a really great program where I literally work with you inside a small telegram chat telegroup chat. It's incredible. It's a very, very, very small group. Um, and I keep it that way because, for obvious reasons, I want. To be able to work directly with you and be like in the thick of your business to help you get to your next level, whatever that may be. Again, you could have zero dollars in sales per month, you could have a hundred thousand dollars in sales per month. And I've got women all over the spectrum in this group. It's about the mindset you come in with, though. That's what's important to me. Are you ready to work? Are you ready to see results? Are you ready to do the dang thing? Then the mastermind is for you. If not, just continue listening to my free podcast and participating in the groups you're in. Some of you are in Let's Go Girls, whatever the case may be. But I just want you to know that that space is available to you if it's something that you're interested in. Just again, just DM me on IG. We can talk about it. But I hope this episode was really helpful. I love you guys. I enjoy this. So it's something that I just love to get to record every single week. And I'm so happy you're here. You can do this. Okay. You can build a successful business. Do not let anyone convince you otherwise. It just starts with you. And you've already started to make yourself better just by tuning into these podcasts. Okay. Have an amazing week. Bye.
