EP 2 pt 1: The Mentor

Joseph Cambell's The Hero's Journey continues with the Mentor. This well known figure appears early on in the journey, think Obi-Wan giving Luke his lightsaber and introducing him to the Force. Campbell also referred to it as "Supernatura Aid",   empowering the hero in a way that is vital to their success.
