Hello. It's Bronwen here from Reiki with Bronwen. And I am going to be picking a card from the Reiki Techniques Card Deck again. Before we begin, let's get ourselves nice and balanced and you can help me pick the card. All right. So we'll just feel nice and relaxed. Hmm, breathing down into our bellies. Feeling the balance of the belly. The deep belly with the mind. I'm bringing those two together at the heart. With the intention I'm open to receive whatever it is that I might need at this exact moment in time. So let's pick a card together. Here we go. I'll give them one of my shuffles. Yup. And I'm going to pick a card. So. Oh, here we go. Woo. It says knowledge. Here we go. So this card, the knowledge card. Is a technique called guide meditation. And that is what I would call a non-traditional practice within the system of Reiki. But it's actually quite interesting because we can look at it in a number of ways. So the idea is that I guide you through a meditation. So we go through this meditation and we see a guide come towards us who imparts some knowledge. Now it's how you see that guide, what you think that guide is. For me, it always comes from inside of us because we are the universe. Right. So whatever is shifting, moving happening out there is also shifting, moving and happening in here. So whatever, guide you might see or whatever knowledge is given. It's also what I would see as a remembering. Yep. So it's something in us and us connecting deeply into ourselves. And it's showing itself to us in a way that we can comprehend something that Helps us to connect to that information. So let's give it a go. Just getting yourself comfortable. Once again, breathing down into the belly, feeling that lovely connectedness with the earth, because we want to be grounded when we do practices like this. Otherwise we can go off into fairy land and get lost. So let's stay grounded. Yup. So sitting here feeling that connection down into the earth. Take three lovely, deep breaths down into the hara. As you sit here with your eyes closed your body relaxed. Grounded. And with a deep sense of interconnection with the world around you. Feel that beautiful, bright light within you shining out onto everything. And also feel that light from the universe shining in at you. Sitting in that healing space. That we find when we are working with the system of Reiki or when we bring our awareness to that. Now this light that shines from you and to you. It means that your whole world is light. So with your eyes closed, just imagine a beautiful, bright, bright, world. And into that brightness you see a figure start to show. A shape of a figure and it's walking towards you through the light and as it comes closer and closer, You start to figure out who this figure is, what this figure is. You start to see more detail. Once you have a better image of this figure an idea who this is. It may be someone, you know, maybe not someone, you know, and with this person this guide, hold hands and feel that beautiful flow of energy shifting and moving between you. And now ask for a message. Why is that guide here? What information do you need right now? What is the message? Thank the guide. Let go of your hands in your mind's eye. And know that that guide, that part of you is always there with you. That wisdom and knowledge. Be thankful and sit back into that beautiful light as the guide disappears and you're left with that beautiful sense of interconnection with absolutely everything. Breathing down into the belly, remembering your grounded-ness. Bringing your hands up into gassho in thanks. Opening your eyes. Thank you for sharing with me today. And take that slice of wisdom or knowledge with you into your world. I look forward to seeing you. At the next card.
