Howard Hays is a regular guy. But 20 years ago, a celebrity invited him to go to dinner one night. Howard was an introvert and turned him down politely. The celebrity then said, “it’s only for pizza.“ So Howard went along.
That dinner changed Howard‘s life. For the next 20 years he has gone around the world attending Dr. Who conventions, particularly, and taking celebrities out to dinner afterwards. He has personally met most of the 15 doctors in the Dr. Who series. He probably knows as much about it as anybody on the planet.
