Matt Shoup, is a Jesus follower, husband, father, keynote speaker, facilitator, author, serial entrepreneur, Spain aficionado, Spanish coffee addict, aspiring paella chef and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt. He’s proof that you can mix faith, business, and caffeine—and still find time to roll on the mats.
He has spent the last 25 years building successful companies, and interacting with some of the world’s most inspiring, interesting, and successful leaders. Matt’s initial journey to advance and develop his own leadership has now developed into this podcast to contribute to you!
When Matt isn’t inspiring entrepreneurs or running his businesses, he enjoys traveling to Spain, teaching Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, perfecting his paella recipes, fueling his Spanish coffee addiction, and most of all, spending quality time with his wife, two children, and their dog.

A Second Chance at Life: A Story of Redemption With Ron Worley
Ron Worley is a husband, father, and serial entrepreneur. At the shockingly young age of 2, Ron's path was influenced by drugs, starting a cycle of addiction that would haunt him for years. Battling addiction, car accidents, and DUIs, Ron found himself at a crossroads, realizing that it was time for a change. With a determination fueled by survival and a desire for a better future, Ron made the courageous decision to embark on the journey to sobriety, seeking counseling and support along the way. But Ron's journey took an even more harrowing turn when he suffered a heart attack, experiencing death for two minutes before miraculously coming back to life. This near-death experience served as a wake-up call, propelling Ron further down the path of recovery and renewal. Now, 21 years sober, Ron is living proof that it's never too late to rewrite the script of your life.
