Meet your host;
Matt Shoup, is a Jesus follower, husband, father, keynote speaker, facilitator, author, serial entrepreneur, Spain aficionado, Spanish coffee addict, aspiring paella chef and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt. He’s proof that you can mix faith, business, and caffeine—and still find time to roll on the mats.
He has spent the last 25 years building successful companies, and interacting with some of the world’s most inspiring, interesting, and successful leaders. Matt’s initial journey to advance and develop his own leadership has now developed into this podcast to contribute to you!
When Matt isn’t inspiring entrepreneurs or running his businesses, he enjoys traveling to Spain, teaching Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, perfecting his paella recipes, fueling his Spanish coffee addiction, and most of all, spending quality time with his wife, two children, and their dog.
Matt’s mission is simple: inspire others to discover their purpose, pursue it relentlessly, and make a lasting impact on the world—one business, one connection, and one cup of coffee at a time.

920 is a father, child of God, up and coming rapper, artist and entrepreneur who grew up in a home filled with his mother’s love and gospel music. As a child, his passion for music was undeniable! His mother, a pastor, attempted to shield him from hip-hop music because of the explicit content. After listening to it for the first time, he was hooked. Starting his career in Memphis, 920 honed and perfected his skills through battle rap, going head-to-head with classmates and developing a unique southern melodic style that sets him apart today.
920 and I shared a cup of Café Sevilla coffee while he joyfully poured out his heart and story. 920 lives with a deep commitment to being a present and loving father, while setting an example for future generations. In the hip-hop world, where being a “tough guy” is common, 920’s mission is to show others that it’s okay to embrace joy, glee and vulnerability.
Through his music and his life, 920 is a testament to commitment, hard work, pursuing your dreams while staying true to yourself, pouring into those around you, having fun and being truly happy along the way.
