Modern media perpetuates unrealistic standards of youth and beauty, which can have damaging effects on our self-esteem, correlating youth with our true value.
Youthfulness is often glorified in the media while completely dismissing the natural and beautiful process of aging. This cultural obsession with staying young can lead many women to feel disconnected from their bodies and fearful of the natural aging process and its connotation with death.
Women should be encouraged to honor their bodies, understand their unique hormonal rhythms, and embrace the natural changes that come with aging. True well-being goes beyond just physical health—it involves a deeper connection with ourselves and a commitment to living in harmony with nature.
