Well, hey, and welcome back to another episode. If you missed last week, stop, Spice Girls stop right now, go back and have a listen. Because this is part two of that, it's gonna make no bloody sense. If you don't listen to part one, I am going to be finishing off the last five steps when starting your only fans account. So I'm not going to waste any time and I'm going to jump right in, following on from last week. Step number six to starting your only fans account is your subscription price. Now, if you have decided to go with a free page, don't mind me move right on to number seven. If you have decided that you are going with a paywall that you want to have a subscription based page, well listen out, pricing your own event subscription is really important. And it's a decision that requires careful consideration. And here is why I think it is really important to hit the nail on the head. So early on, you may not be aware. But if you ever do decide to change your subscription price, whether that is make it any higher or lower that price, then all of your subscribers that are sub to your page will have their auto renew turned off, it means they need to physically go into their account and turn their renew back on to keep following you for the next 30 days on the new price. So it's really, really important, I think at the start to make sure that your subscription price is solid, because they can be terrifying when you do decide to make a subscription change, which I have had to do in the past, and cross your fingers and hope that people will come back and turn their renewal on, let's get into some tips to help you determine the right subscription price for you. First of all, I want to start by saying this has to be what you're comfortable with. Before you research before you compare. Make sure you write down a price that you will not go under a price that you have in mind that is your non negotiable, you will not let anybody come through that wall and see your content for less than this price. You need to know your value and be clear about what you're comfortable with. So maybe go back to what are you putting on the page? What is your content? What's on your Yes, list all of that stuff and value that? Ask yourself? What should people be paying to see that. And I think it's really important to have an idea in your mind. Before we start comparing because you need to be comfortable with this. You don't want to try and be competitive, and go out and reduce your price to $3. And then have Instant Regret. Because you're trying to be competitive in the market, you can set your price at what ever you want it to be there are models out there that have this subscription price up to $100. Some have it as three, and they all cater to different things. They all have different content on their site. So remember your value. Researching other creators within your niche or category on only fans is a really great way to see what price points they have set for their subscriptions, and have a look at what type of content they do offer. Make sure that it is similar to yours because you don't want to be matching somebody that is just putting out laundry photos and you are doing full X rated content. Make sure you're competitive in the market. But remember where you stand with your values, offering different subscription tiers and varying prices is really beneficial when taking all of this into consideration. It allows you to cater to different audiences and different budgets and allows people that love a good saving to go yes, I want to buy a three months are a six month subscription because I can see I can say this month doing so. So make sure you take into consideration the options you do have when creating your subscriptions and how you can tear that for your market as well. Another important factor to take on board is are you going to run a sale or not. Will you be running a sale most of the time on your page? If so, maybe adjust your original price slightly if you want your prize to be $9, but you're going to be running a 50% off sale all the time, take that into consideration of how that may affect your income and also take into consideration that these new subscribers are going to be getting your content of for that price. Also, if you're thinking about earnings, you must not pass the fact that only fans takes a percentage of your earnings. So make sure you're really clear with how much they do take and their platform fee, factor these into your pricing strategy, just to ensure you're still making the profit you are after on the platform after deductions. And as always, test and adjust. As I mentioned, it is a bit tricky down the track to change your subscription. But it is not the end of the world. If what you've put out is not working, and you feel comfortable with testing and adjusting, then go and work with that find something that is going to work. It's all about trial and error. And like I said not one size fits all. So you just need to find the size for you. Moving on to number seven, your welcome message. This is one of the first things your subscriber is going to see, it's really going to set the tone for your subscribers experience is going to make it really personalised. And you can do that by introducing yourself introducing your page, it's really a space to use an opportunity to interact and engage with your new subscriber, it's a way to get to know them. Doing a video is a great way to portray all of this, it's a great way to show your personality, it's a great way to show your brand that you're human that is you running your website. So have a bit of a think about if you would like to put a welcome video, in your welcome message and what you would like to say, make sure that you do have a call to action, whether that's turning renew on and spoiling them, or maybe unlocking an epic bundle you've just made for them. Honestly, some subscribers have no idea that they can unlock extra content. So it is really important to just keep reminding them inside your messages that there is more content for them to enjoy. Number eight is pinned posts. The thing I love about the platform is your top five spots on your page can be pinned, actually, I would love it more of the top 10 could be pinned, I have got so much content, I love that I just want to pin at the top and I feel like fives not enough. But this is your opportunity to insert your favourite posts so they're not lost on your page. It's a way to pin announcements. It's a way to pin your games, your campaigns. So it's a way you can get really, really creative. My advice is to pin a welcome message at the top with a really really good photo that's going to represent your brand and some text. Once again, that's going to explain your page and setting the expectations. The picture I really believe it should be your favourite pictures, the one that is really going to represent you who you are your brand and what they're going to get on the page. The next four spots you can rotate. And I normally rotate these between posts that remind people to put their renew on my latest campaign or my latest game. And if you're thinking campaign game, what on earth are you talking about? Don't worry because we will get into the good stuff later on. Another great post to pin flyers. Which brings me on to number nine fly out creation. Home oh my goodness, this is one of my favourite parts of what I do. This is honestly my favourite part of my job. And I could talk about this for days but in fear of this podcast going for hours on end. Let's just keep it simple. So flyers are really really powerful when you can use them in the right way. You can use flyers for engagement. You can use flyers for bumping up PPV and reminding fans to turn their rebill on. I use flyers for everything they stand out. They're amazing and it really gets your message across. So have a think about What you want to put on your flyers, you can do a flyer that displays all your COC ratings, or your video calls, what services you do supply, your custom content, your pricing, absolutely everything. Think about those initial questions that they're going to ask when they join, someone's going to join and say, How much do you charge for x y Zed? Do you have any of this? What is the pricing on it? How long do you do it for? So if you have a flyer set up, ready to go, this just streamlines everything, it gives them a clear defined understanding of what it is. For example, if you're going to be doing custom videos, you want to display what you supply in those customer videos. Do you say their name? How long is that? What do you charge? How much per minute? Does this include a costume does it include penetration, so having a flyer that covers are all really cuts out any grey area for the subscriber and it's stream lines it all for you, which makes it easy and less time consuming. The final step and number 10 is scheduling. Now you want to come up with a plan on how your page is going to look have a really good idea on how much you want to be posting. That includes on your feed. Do you want to be posting four photos a day, five photos a day, one photo a week how much content will you be putting out because you need to be scheduling this when you are doing content days. And you are creating all of this good stuff you need to know how much you have to create to supply to your page. Have a think about how much PPV Are you going to be sending out if you are sending out PPV if you're doing a no PPV page, how much content do you need to be scheduling on that every single month really get in depth on what your monthly schedule needs to look like and stick to it. I think consistency with this is really important because Subscribers Will Get used to knowing that you send out a video every single night or a video every Wednesday night. So being consistent with this and making sure you stick to your schedule is a really really important coming off the back of that is organisation this is going to help you feel organised is going to help you have your whole month ahead planned your content and your only fans page complete. So moving forward, you will be organised and have all your month scheduled out and it's a really really great and healthy habit to get into. Okay, that is 10 steps to starting your only fans and the basics to starting it. Just to recap because I know it's been a part one and part two over two episodes. It's a lot to take in. So number one was identifying your page and what type of page you are going to run. Two is your content and uploading. Number three is setting up your social media. Number four is completing your only fans profile. Number five is networking and telegram number six is your subscription price if you have chosen a paywall. Number seven is your welcome message number eight is your pinned post. Number nine is creating your fliers and 10 is organising your schedule for the month ahead. These 10 steps will really help you understand what you should be doing in the first couple of days after setting up your only fans it will give you a really good idea on how to initially get started. So I hope these have really, really helped if they have reached out and let me know I love hearing your feedback. I love hearing that you guys are loving what I'm putting out there. So reach out and send me a DM. Also, if you got stuck on your page and whether you want it to be free or paid or both. All I can say is stick around for next week because we are diving deep into that. We're going balls deep into all of that goodness. So stick around for that. I hope you had the most incredible afternoon and thanks again for joining
