In this week's episode, Spencer has talks with Jon Dutton OBE. He is currently Chief Executive of British Cycling and has been:

· Chief Executive, Rugby League World Cup 2021,
· Tournament Commissioner RLWC2017 and
· Chief Operating Officer RLWC2013.
Jon discusses his leadership experience as well as the cultural differences in running organizations with such different backgrounds and followers.
He also lends insight in what it was like to lead RLWC through the lockdowns and the what the process was like in making the right decisions in such a difficult situation.
