Raised by a designer–architect mother and an engineer father, creativity and curiosity were integral from an early age. Childhood explorations of Cape Cod’s natural landscapes sparked a lasting fascination with materials, light, and process.
In 2013, an introduction to kiln-formed glass became a turning point. Working primarily with transparent glass, she explores the interplay of light, gravity, and transformation through multi-stage firing processes. Incorporating a wide range of glass forms, metals, and unconventional materials, her work emphasizes both technical innovation and quiet complexity, much of which reveals itself only through direct experience.
