Paul Cwalina
Born and raised in northeastern Pennsylvania, author Paul Cwalina is the grandson of immigrant coal miners. Though he spent most of his professional life in the business world, writing was always quietly waiting in the background. Encouraged as a young man to pursue writing professionally, Paul initially dismissed the idea, believing few people could truly make a living at it.
Later, with the encouragement of a childhood friend, Paul self-published his first novel in 2014, followed by three more books over the next four years. His work spans literary fiction, Christian fiction, and mystery/suspense, always driven by one core belief: the story comes first. Paul’s writing is known for exploring uncomfortable truths, emotional depth, and the complexities of human nature.
A husband, father of four, stepfather of two, and proud grandfather, Paul continues to write from his home in Drums, Pennsylvania.
