005. DPB Podcast Solfege Major Triad Exercise (Do Do Mi Do Sol Do)

In this episode we use the guitar to study the chord tone colors of a Major triad.  We pedal the tonic (High Do) an octave higher than the root (Low Do)  and use the following solfege syllables:

Do --> 8've Do--> Mi--> 8've Do--> Sol --> 8've Do
...and reverse the exercise in descending fashion

We explore this exercise in all 12 keys implementing a cycle of 4th's:
B Major --> E Major --> A Major --> D Major --> G Major --> C Major -->
F Major --> Bb Major --> Eb Major --> Ab Major --> Db Major --> Gb Major

This study is approximately 30 minutes
