In this episode we use the guitar to study the upper tetrachord (Sol La Ti Do) of the Major scale. 

This episode contains extensive exercises to establish each key's tonal center.   

We practice each of the following before we get to the upper tetrachord exercise:
1). Triad Arpeggios (Do --> Mi --> Sol --> Do)
2). Major 7th Arpeggios (Do --> Mi --> Sol --> Ti --> Do)
3). Major Arpeggio Pedal the Tonic (Do --> 8've Do--> Mi--> 8've Do--> Sol --> 8've Do)
4). Major Scale (Do --> Re --> Mi --> Fa --> Sol --> La --> Ti --> Do)

Upper Tetrachord Exercise:
Find Do --> Find Sol then sing...
Do --> Sol --> La --> Ti --> Do

We explore this exercise in all 12 keys implementing a cycle of 4th's:
C Major --> F Major --> Bb Major --> Eb Major --> Ab Major --> Db Major -->
Gb Major --> B Major --> E Major --> A Major --> D Major --> G Major
