007. DPB Podcast Solfege Natural Minor Upper Tetrachord Exercise (Do Sol Le Te Do)

In this episode we use the guitar to study the upper tetrachord (Sol Le Te Do) of the Natural Minor scale; also known as the Aeolian Mode.

This episode contains extensive exercises to establish each key's tonal center.   

We practice each of the following before we get to the upper tetrachord exercise:
1). Triad Arpeggios (Do --> Me --> Sol --> Do)
2). Minor 7th Arpeggios (Do --> Me --> Sol --> Te --> Do)
3). Minor Arpeggio Pedal the Tonic (Do --> 8've Do; Me--> 8've Do;  Sol --> 8've Do)
4). Minor Scale (Do --> Re --> Me --> Fa --> Sol --> Le --> Te --> Do)

Upper Tetrachord Exercise:
Find Do --> Find Sol then sing...
Do --> Sol --> Le --> Te --> Do

We explore this exercise in all 12 keys implementing a cycle of 4th's:
C Minor --> F Minor --> Bb Minor --> Eb Minor --> Ab Minor --> Db Minor -->
Gb Minor --> B Minor --> E Minor --> A Minor --> D Minor --> G Minor
