Roderick Miller is Head of Workplace Operations and Experience at UKTV. His role is to make sure the workplace supports the UKTV team and provides them with a network of resources for their diverse job roles.
Roderick brings a people-first approach to his role and is constantly seeking ways to create better environments that will enrich the people using them. Having learnt his trade as a workplace leader at companies like MADE.com and Paramount before UKTV, Roderick has built a strong track record of working within fast-paced energetic workplaces.
His episode is inspired by his approach to his daily role which is focused on people. In his Workplace 3000, we learn about the importance of accessibility and inclusivity as well as telepathic meetings and robot coworkers.
