Hayley Samuels is International Real Estate & Workplace Manager at Databricks. Based in the UK, she’s one of the key professionals steering workplace strategy across EMEA and APAC—responsible for turning raw data into spaces that feel alive, purposeful, and uniquely Databricks.

Hayley manages everything from London HQ revamps to new office launches like Bangalore. She uses usage data to tailor layouts, amenities, acoustic zones, A/V collaboration tech, and biophilic features to foster connection, productivity, and wellbeing.

Her Workplace 3000 vision is informed by her down to earth approach to Workplace and shows her 'sleeves up' attitude to getting things done. Her view for the future merges tried and tested ideas with new exciting prospects that would reshape the workplace as we know it.
