Alok Vaid-Menon (@alokvmenon) recently posted their New Year's resolutions from over the years. Their 2018 resolutions, a list of eleven commitments, concisely capture how to be a better human and the headspace I'm in as I go into the New Year. I call these my 2024 New Year's Intentions and expand on each one in this episode.
