This is the longest episode to date, but it needed to be in order for Iona to tell her incredible story.
She tells me about how her search for belonging led her across the world, eventually landing in New Zealand. There she found The Farm - a 1000 acre self-sustaining community. She also tells me about losing her mind whilst doing Vipassana, finding happiness, the role of meditation and yoga in her life and meeting Jay Shetty. We speak about forgiving yourself for past mistakes and the importance of remembering that we're all muddling through life.
