How to be more eco-friendly when you have babies or toddlers? This is the one where Emma chats with special guest Fran (eco enthusiast and mum of three) about sustainability and trying to be environmentally conscious as a parent. With lots of great tips for reducing our carbon footprint, but also an encouragement not to feel guilty - you're probably already doing more than you realise! Cloth nappies, toys, food, clothes, energy, travel, second-hand, and much more... Looking at how we can include sustainability in our decision-making, even if it's only in small ways.
